Funny at the beginning but gets sadder near the end.

Giyuu is a bank teller and Sabito is a police officer.

Giyuu pov:

"GET DOWN." I looked up at the 5 people in all black who had just entered. They forced me to my knees along with everyone else. Equal rights i guess, but they could've been nicer about it.

"You. Come with me." I Looked up at the one who had just spoken. There weren't any features to describe them other than sock face, with his eyes visible and looked like a tall, muscly guy.

I get up and they immediately tie my hands behind me. Rude, but damn was he tall... Or am i just short?

"Take me to the vault." He says, i just look at him.

"Say please." I demand. I will gladly do it since it isn't my money, but he's going the wrong way about it.

"Do it." He presses the gun against the side of my head.

"Fine.." I mumble before walking towards a door. I stop and look at him.

"Hurry up." He says.

"I can't open it when my hands are tied up now can i genius?." I swear to the holy mother of jebus i will not hesitate to hit you.

He coughs slightly before opening the door.

I continue walking towards the vault, ignoring his existence.

Once we get to the vault, we see a person standing there.

"GET ON THE GROUND" the robber says, pointing the gun at the girl.

"Ara ara~ didn't know we were due for a robbery today" She says kneeling on the floor.

"You. Go next to her." I do as i am told, but darn was he dumb.

"Might i ask why are you robbing this bank?" I look at Shinobu. This bitch really about to traumatize this poor guy.

"None of your business woman." He says, walking up to the vault. "What's the code?"

Shinobu amd i look at eachother before looking back at him.

"i'm afraid only the manager knows" she said with her usual con smile.

"Then how about i shoot both of you right here, right now?" He cocks his gun and points it at shinobu.

"How about we negotiate?" I say, feeling shinobu's gaze on me mentally facepalming.

"I'm listening.." The guy crouches down and looks at me.

"How about i take the gun and kill myself? Then you won't have to kill me" i gaze at him, making sure he knows that I'm not joking.

"Are you suicidal or something? I'm not giving you my gun." He apears to be somewhat shocked.

"Too bad..." I look at the floor.

"Tomioka san. We've talked about this," Shinobu says as her gaze is clearly holding a knife to my throat. "You can't negotiate with the robber or say you'll kill yourself. Remember what happened when sabito found out last time?".

"Sabito... Ugh fine, but why'd we get the big muscular one??" I complain while looking at the confused robber.

Shinobu and i get up, but before we could defend ourselves, he sends shinobu flying.

"SHINOBU-" I Yell before my neck gets grabbed and I'm hoisted up in the air.

"Bastard..." I say, choking. I look behind me to see Shinobu on the floor with a dent in the wall and her head bleeding.

I then wrap my legs around his arm in an attempt to get him to release my neck.

He ends up dropping me and i let go as i fall to the floor. My back hits the marble flooring harshly, it wasn't as painful until he stomped on my stomach.

I cough and grab onto my stomach, curling into a fetal position.

"Since you're useless to open the vault, I'll use you as an example." He then throws me over his shoulder and grabs shinobu by the hair.

"Have some respect jackass..." I mumble loud enough for him to hear. All i heard from him was a simple 'tch' before throwing me onto the ground and grabbing me by my hair, swapping our places.

At least i won't have to hear shinobu complain about her cramps AND how this guy had the audacity to drag her by her hair. It was a worthy sacrifice.

When we got there however... The place was more silent and i only heard a few footsteps, not including the robber of course.

"Giyuu!" A familiar voice comes from behind... Oh shit...

"Please shoot me" i whisper loud enough for only the robber to hear.

The rude jerk just scoffs.

"Stand back or else they're both dead!" He shouts as he lifts my up by my hair and traps shinobu and i in a headlock with his other hand holding me at gunpoint.

Honestly the bullet would just go through my head and stop in shinobu's because of her thick ass head.

I squint, looking at the surroundings. There was Sabito a few meters infront of us, another cop to his left and a few others behind them.

Wait... Is that... "Makomo, i haven't seen you in ages" i say, striking up a conversation. I was definitely gonna get scolded by Sabito later...

"Giyuu, now's not the time!" She says probably worried. I mean at least the guy was now focused on the cops. The dumbass didn't even realize that Shinobu was awake.

I yawned and looked up at the guy, "Can you hurry up, my shift ends in an hour".

He stares back at me. "You really do have a death wish. Do you think that this is a joke??". I shrug. I could tell he was getting mad. It was probably funny to shinobu too, seeing a robber mald.

He really wasn't gonna let us go... I plan on getting off my shift on time and that's a promise. Nothing will get in the way of me and my free time which i spent questioning life.

Shinobu taps my shoe and i tap hers back. I then headbutt the buy as shinobu stabs the guy's torso with a syringe that fell from her sleeve. We both make a run for it towards the police officers, or in my case, Sabito.

That was until we hear a gunshot. I look around confused as to what just happened and look at Sabito. I hear more gunfire but it soon gets replaced by a constant ring as Sabito runs towards me.

I cough, soon collapsing as blood gushes from my mouth.

What happened?...

Did i get shot?

I look at Sabito who's now holding me as he crouches on the ground, yelling something.

"I feel hot..." I mumble as i look at my chest to see my shirt covered in blood.

"Giyuu! Giyuu! Stay with me!" I look back at Sabito who is applying pressure to my wound. Right where my heart is...

I kiss him on the cheek as tears fall from his eyes. I think we both know what's happening...

"You're gonna make it! I-I promise... Giyuu..." I can hear him sniffle as he tries to hold back his tears.

"Sabito, i love you..." I kiss him on the lips before closing my eyes...

"GIYUU! Wake up! Please... Please wake up! Giyuu?...." Was the last thing i heard before everything went black...

Plot twist: Giyuu was heartless to begin with so he survived and then was kept in the hospital for months because he was a danger to the world.
