Kid AU where they meet for the first time!

Sabito's pov:

I was swinging my sword just as Urokodaki taught me, until i heard something in the distance. Sensei must be back! I drop my sword and go to greet him. That is, until i saw a crying child with him.

"Sabito, this will be your peer from now on, his name is Tomioka Giyuu." I look at the kid in front of me.

He seemed to be around my age, definitely on the shorter side though. His hair was black like a crow and was put into a ponytail. He had really pretty eyes that looked like the depths of the ocean...

"I'm Sabito! Your eyes are really pretty" i say smiling. He blushes a bit as Sensei laughs.

"N-nice to meet you..." His voice was adorable too!!

"Can i show him the waterfall sensei?" I ask energetically. When he nodds i immediately take Giyuu's hand and drag him to the waterfall.

When we get there, his eyes sparkle.

"This is the waterfall!" I say as if it were mine to show off.

"It's so pretty..." He says in complete awe. I don't think he's ever seen a waterfall before.

We sit and have small talk for awhile, until i finally bring up the big question... (No it's not 'are you single?').

"So what made you come here?" I ask looking at his pretty eyes.

"Oh... W-well a demon came into the house i shared with my sister... She told me to hide in the closet and when i saw her, she was fast asleep and wouldn't wake up..." He says as he looks deep into the lake underneath the waterfall.

So his sister died... That answers one thing, but it doesn't answer how urokodaki found him. I'll find out later, when we become better friends.

"At least she's in a better place!" I say as i give him a comforting hug. As i hug him though, he begins to cry and i start to panic. I've never had to deal with a crying person!

"H-Hey! It's okay, please stop crying!" I say as i pat his back. He then suddenly hugs me, and i hug him back. The only thing i could do was compliment him and how pretty he was.

"You scar is pretty cool too..." He says before quieting down.

I look at Urokodaki sensei, who's in the distance, as i get sentimental.

"We should go back to sensei, I'll show you the training area later!" I say as i stand up, lending my hand to him.

When we get back, we see Sensei cooking dinner... How did he get back so fast!?

"Are you two getting along?" He asks, not taking focus off of the cooking stew.

"I've only had him for a day, but If anything happens to him i will kill everyone on this mountain and then myself." I say confidently. Giyuu however, protests and tells me i shouldn't do that while Urokodaki sensei laughs in the background.
