Emilio's words rang through my mind. I was stuck. I'm still processing his words. He loves me?
Is my coochie that good?
Love is a strong word. I'm not ready to say it back. He was very understanding on why I didn't repeat his words.
I do like him, but love? I'm not there yet. The man still scares me to the core.
I'm snapped out of my thoughts by someone clearing their throat. I turned my head & looked at Emilio, who had a smile on his face.
"You know what I am right now?" He asked & I rose an eyebrow.
"A whore." I retorted & he let out a beautiful laugh.
"Slut." He teased & I smiled.
"I know." I wiggled my eyebrows making him chuckle. His blue eyes glistened in the sun light.
"But I'm a happy man right now." He smiled, the single dimple on the right side of his cheek deepened.
"Yeah?"
"Yes. You know why?" He asked & I shrugged. He slightly tilted his head to the side & intensely looked at me, his smile widened.
"I'm a happy man because I know my girl isn't lying to me or doing anything she isn't supposed to." He said calmly, the smile he once had on his face is now gone.
I felt my heart drop.
"Am I right?" He rose both eyebrows & I swallowed.
"Y-Yeah." I whispered.
Emilio opened his mouth to speak, but before he had the chance to get a word out, Geo barged into our room.
"Hello! How are you two doing?!" He shouted loudly & I let out a breath of relief.
"Geo-" Emilio's sentence was cut short.
"Zuri I need your help." Geo said smiling & I stood up from my seat & headed over to him.
"We'll talk later baby." Emilio smiled at me & I nodded.
Geo grabbed my arm & practically dragged me out of the bedroom. He dragged me down the long dark corridor before stopping. He turned me around & backed me up into a corner.
