Chapter 13

I got a splitting headache my body was in pain all I could think about was 'what the fuck happened' I haven't been in this much pain in I can't even remember everything is blur I tried to open up my eyes I can only open up my right one though something was holding my left eye close I looked around the room it was white there was a window outside it was around night time maybe sunset I sat up in the bed seeing tubes tied to me one was a heart monitor the other one was an oxygen thing

"why would she bring her to the hospital" I heard a strange voice opening the door instead was a man he had brown hair pale skin he was limping a little and using a cane to walk "I mean we saw the condition her body was in not to mention we couldn't feel a pulse or heartbeat chance is that she's dead" he was mumbling underneath his breath he wasn't looking in my direction he was facing the door "you know it's kind of rude to talk about someone" he jumped a little turning his head immediately to look at me "your alive how is that possible"

he started to make his way over to me he wasn't fast he was mostly relying on the cane to walk "I don't know I don't even know what happened where am I" my voice was calm not wanting to give any emotion away "right your still in Piltover you're just in a hospital" I looked around the room "makes sense seeing all these gadgets and how clean the room is" I looked down singing that I wasn't in my regular clothes anymore "who the fuck changed me"

the man sat on the bed probably to give his leg a break "I think the nurse changed you they were patching up your wounds earlier today" I looked at my arms seeing them being wrapped up my entire arms wrapped up you can't even see skin on them anymore because of the bandages "I see makes sense do you mind telling me what happened I'm still trying to get rid of this headache" I put my hand on my head feeling the bandage on my left side "right you were found in a building where a explosion happened do you mind telling me how that happened" I looked that him confuse still trying to figure everything out "can't tell you right now everything's a blur plus why would I tell a Pity" I gave him a glare as he started to laugh

"i'm sorry for laughing kid but technically I am not from Piltover i'm from the undercity like you it's just so happened I got a job here and I work as an assistant scientist" I gave him a confused look not believe he "it's late kid you should get some more rest maybe it will come back to you tomorrow I know that the council would like to talk to you about the break-in and the explosion the nurse only will let you have three visitors at once so what's going to happen tomorrow is probably two members of the council and a enfoster will come in to talk to you tomorrow" he got up off the bed but turned to look at me one more time "i'll be back though later on tonight and drop some clothes off for you I know that you will probably like to get in something that reminds you of your home then that outfit specially since hospital attire isn't that comfortable"

I didn't say anything to him as he left the room I just laid back down putting my arm over my eyes "what the fuck happened earlier today I can't even remember a thing" I move my arm taking out those little needles that are hooked up to the machine out of my arm I didn't bother trying to move my leg sense they still hurt I still had this bloody headache so even if I wanted to escape I couldn't especially that I'm in this kind of dress thing

I couldn't fall back asleep I put my hands over my eyes trying my best I heard the door open make me look a little seeing the same man that came in earlier he had a bag around him  

"good she's asleep she needs the energy for tomorrow" he put the bag on the side table pulling out a bottle of water and some snacks he then put a note beside them he left the bag by the bed I could tell that he didn't really want to disturb me I just laid as still as I could waiting for him to leave the room

After he was gone I sat up and took the bottle water and drunk some of it "funny doesn't taste that bad well to be honest I guess because the water isn't toxic" I put the lid back on the water then grab the note

^I understand hospital food isn't that good either so I brought you some stuff there's more in the bag but just in case if you get hungry at night I left some on the counter inside the bag is a change of clothes it's just a white tank top and some blue jeans there are some holes in the blue jeans though I even brought you some new shoes they're boots only go up to your ankles though I found your old shoes and saw what size you are I hope the clothes and shoes fit those even a change of clothes if you want to get out of that hospital gown for tonight^

I put the note down as I just grab the snack getting something on my stomach since I haven't really ate anything after I was finish I put it back since I didn't finish the whole thing I laid back down in the bed knowing that my leg still hurts to move I just close my eyes finally getting some sleep
