When I woke up this morning Jayce wasn't there Victor told me that he went out to go grab a few things earlier and to don't worry about it I didn't even get time to question him as Caitlyn busted through the door and started to wish me a happy birthday it took me a while to calm her down I didn't even get halfway before she grabbed my arm and started to drag me with her

Now me and her are just out and about in Piltover she decided for my birthday that she should take me shopping for some new stuff try cafés out and some other stuff since I haven't really seen Piltover I mostly just been locked up in that room minding my own business or locked up in that lab helping Jayce and Victor with experiments and finding out what else I could do

"so was it necessary for you to break down my door" I had my hands in my pocket as we both were just looking around and finding different stuff to do "yep it was Victor gave me the idea saying that it would be funny don't worry I'll pay for your new door" I only shook my head as she pulled me into a store "I want you to go round and get what you want don't worry about money I'll buy you anything you want" I looked at her confused "but this is a jewelry place I don't really understand what you want me to get from here" she pulled me over to one of the sprays showing me different necklaces rings bracelets "whatever you want from the store just pointed out and I'll get it for you"

I put my hands in my pockets as I walked around the store looking at the different displays I pass by this one displayed it only had two item in it they was the most expensive item but that's not why I caught my attention

one was a crescent moon necklace the reason why it caught my attention was because it was my mothers necklace the one my father got her the other one was a crescent moon bracelet that she had it broke my heart seeing them

I was snapped out of my trance when I felt a hand on my shoulder "(y/n) are you ok" Caitlyn's voice was only a whisper I looked at her and looked at the two items "you said anything right don't mind the prize" she gave me a smile as I pointed to the two items "the crescent moon necklace and the bracelet will do" she gave me a smile as she signal one of the workers to get the necklace and bracelet for us caitlyn paid for the items as she handed me them I didn't hesitate to put them on I close my eyes remembering my mothers voice and smile I also remember the hairpin that she gave me it was probably long gone by now I lost it in the undercity when I was running away there's no way I'm probably getting that back but hey at least I have my mothers jewelry

Caitlyn grab my hand signaling that it was time to go we got out of the jewelry store and started to walk to a nearby café to get something to drink

"so why did those two catch your attention is it because of your nickname moon" I shook my head as I grab my drink "no they were my mothers I would remember these anywhere they have my mothers initial on them also I know these are hers she died when the war between the underground and Piltover broke out so did my father I really don't have anything to remember my father by other than his tattoo I guess I'm thinking of getting it if I even can" I looked at Caitlyn to see a sad smile on her face "i'm so sorry to hear that.... if it won't be a bother could I learn more about your family maybe we can find other things" I looked at her surprise but gave her a smile

"all right well my family was will known everyone referred to us as moons that's the reason why I go by the nickname if I had to pick a last name like you have a last name people in the underground don't have one mine would have to be moon so my full name would be (y/n) Moon everyone in the family normally had something resembling a crescent moon since that was our symbol it's on every piece of item that my family owned my family wasn't just blood related anyone that we trusted and we consider family was in the moon family we were one of the most dangerous people in the undercity people know not to mess with us"

I started to tell Caitlyn about my family until it got late and we both had a head home

once I got back I saw Jayce setting the table "I see you're back finally where were you" I put my hands back in my pockets as he turned around giving me a smile "I just went to go grab a few things (y/n)" I backed away from him thinking that Caitlyn told him "how do you-" he only smiled as I saw food from the undercity "I went down to the underground today to grab a few things since we really don't know what else to get you for your birthday I seen a picture of you it talked about your different missions you went on and who you were down there a lot of people miss you down there I'm sorry you can't go back maybe one day but..." I could tell he was nervous but I just padded his arm

"nan you're fine" just then Victor came in the room and I decided that it was time for both of them to know "hey Victor come here for a minute" he had a confused look but came over I cleared my throat "Jayce found out but I think it is time you two have gave me no reason to not trust you so" Victor was confused as Jayce looked at me surprised "my real name is (y/n) I guess my full name is (y/n) Moon I was part of the moon family in the underground I'm the last one alive everyone else that was even a part of the family was killed on the bridge" both of them look surprised but gave me a smile "we kind of figured that out once Jayce got you these" Victor handed me a bag telling me to open it I was confused and quite curious of what was in here when I open the bag I couldn't believe my eyes they were my families weapons my mothers fathers my cousins people that we considered family all the weapons were in the bag

"I found them down there and I know the council wouldn't like me getting you this stuff but it felt more right you have it then just some stranger" I was hesitant for a moment but gave in it and gave it Jayce a hug "thank you this means a lot to me" he was surprised at first but gave me a hug back once I pulled away Victor handed me something that was rap I opened it seeing the first picture we ever took together it was right after they said that I could stay in Piltover

Jayce had picked me up making me freak out a little bit as Victor had one of his hands on my back to make sure I wouldn't fall

I turned to Victor giving him a hug "all right I have never tried this stuff but it was underneath your name saying the ^(y/n) special^ so let's try it" we sat down at a table seeing my favorite food that came from the undercity from one of my favorite stalls that me, wildflower, little engineer, Vi, Mylo, and Claggor used to go to it brought a smile to my face remembering all the fun times I had with them

It was also quite funny seeing Jayce's face it made both me and Victor laugh
