The next morning I was the first one up I decided to get up early so I could start cooking breakfast for everyone I don't even wanna know what these two have been eating for the past three years I just hope one of them learned how to cook
I was making some simple stuff pancakes scrambled eggs bacon stuff like that of course I did have to cook Zepher's a little different since he is a werewolf and he likes some of his meat like medium rare to like you can still see pink in it but that was easy to do
"yes I miss your cooking" I turn my head to see Jayce having his hands up in the air "i'm glad now can you set the table" he gave me a nod as he went to go grab some plates "it smells amazing kid" Victor went over and grab a glass and pour some orange juice for Zepher as he made the rest of us coffee/tea "yeah it should be done soon can you go wake up Zepher" Victor gave me a nod as you put moonshine's drink on the table as we waited for the coffee/tea to get done
After I was done pleading everything and Jayce pulling us our drinks Zepher came running out "MOM" I got down on one of my knees as he ran to me hiding in the crook of my neck "it's all right baby I promise" I rubbed him back as I pick him up "I just went in there and shook him awake then he just jumped out of bed and then started running yelling for you" I shook my head as I kept my son in my arms "it's all right he's a little bit shy especially since some incidents at that place some people decided to pick on him since he was a kid me Hugo Zero and Zoe were the only ones that really stood up for him so he doesn't trust people easily" Victor nodded his head as I went to the table and put my son in the seat "eat up buddy" I sat beside him as a Jayce handed me my drink "just the way you like it" I gave him a smile as I took a sip of my drink "it's been so long since I had this I missed it" Jayce and Victor laugh as they took their seats and started to eat as well

After cleaning up I put on my uniform it did change a little bit still like I had it when I was a kid black dress pants the white vest the dark blue undershirt and the light blue tie but there was some gold trimming on the edges of the sleeves on the white vest now I put on the glove that Victor gave me as I stepped out of the bathroom I saw my son in his new outfit
"you look good" he turned to me with a smile "thanks mama you look amazing in that" I open my arms again as he ran to me giving me a hug "all right kid the council wants to see you we can keep Zepher with us or you can take him with you" I looked down at Zepher then back at Victor "i'll take him with me" I picked him up and made my way to the front door "i'll come by the lab later i'll bring some lunch" before I was able to leave Victor yelled out "just a warning Heimerdinger isn't going to be there he'll be with us in the lab setting some stuff up" I gave them a nod as I waved goodbye exiting the dorm and made my way to go talk with the counselor

I put my son down letting him walk beside me as we walk through the halls "all right moonshine stay close to me let me do the talking this is just gonna be a check up on me" he's scooted closer to me as he nodded his head "don't worry nothing bad is going to happen" as I said that I pushed open the doors revealing the council
"Miss (y/n) Moon it's a pleasure to see you" I gave Mel a smile as I stopped in the middle "it's a pleasure to see you as well madame I hope you don't mind I had to bring my son with me" I pointed down to my moonshine making her look "your son" I looked over at the Caitlyn's mother "yes I adopted him my first year when I went to that training ground" I padded my son shoulder telling him to move a little so they could see him "what's his name" I looked at Miss Shoola as I answered her question "his name is Zepher Moon" moonshine wave to them a little bit as I looked back at Me
l "right it's a pleasure to meet you little one anyways (y/n) how was the camp" she looked me directly in the eyes "it was quite good I've learned a lot from that training ground it also made me stronger so I don't passed out if I do it's just because I'm exhausted and I used to much of my energy but we have worked on that and it's rare for me to pass out I might get a little dizzy and stumble but after a few minutes I should be all right" she just nodded her head "we did hear that you behaved yourself at the camp is that right" I looked at mr Salo "yes I was on my best behavior" I could feel my son's eyes on me telling me you know that's a lie "we also heard that you made some friends there anyone we could trade with" i'm nodded my head at mr Hoskel "yes I made friends with a demon and two galaxies i'm pretty sure we can trade with them I can ask them when they come to visit they should be here next month we agreed that we should at least visit each other once a month to check up on each other" I looked up mr Bolbok "and you don't have to worry I am in complete control of my magic I would never do anything to harm anyone I have learned some other stuff to help people though healing defense stuff that can help people I would never try to harm anyone on purpose I can promise you that" he just nodded his head
The rest of the time we just talked about different stuff that went on of course I kept drinking and smoking to myself I did have to pat my son's shoulder saying let me do talking please don't interrupt me because there's a lot of shit I did that I shouldn't have but other than that the meeting went well
