When we got outside the room I turned to look at both of them staring them in the eyes "all right rule number one do not call me by my name it's Moon and that's it" they both looked at me then at each other "there's rules" I just smiled as I put my hands behind my back "yes there is rule number two please for the love of everything do not threaten them like I'm gonna say it now there's gonna be some enforces in there with loaded guns I can take a bullet to the heart you two can't" both of them just nod their heads as I turned around putting both of my hands on the door "and rule number three if you guys are confused about something let me know do not try to figure it out because a lot of times they'll say something to get you to admit to something else" with that I just open the doors walking in
There was seven seats at the table now sense Jayce is a part of the council "kid you're here we were just about to get started" I gave him a smile as he put his hand on the table telling me to come around to standby him he did sound a little bit nervous and freaked out as I open the door "it's good to see you all again and I'm glad we're on time" I stopped at the normal positions looking back at both of them to tell them to stop once they did I walked over to Jayce to stand by him
"right so Moon has explained to me and Mrs Kiramman about the deal and about how war was on the break today were here to see if we can come to an inclusion to stop it" everyone looked at Mel "Moon do you mind explaining again" I shook my head no as I turned to face Vander and Silco "of course not you see while I was down in the undercity and after I found my son me and Caitlyn was going to come right back up once we found him of course we did spend the night to make sure we were energize and to make sure that we had the energy to actually get back up here and so we could be on guard but it just so happened that a scout one of my friends members have spotted a creature by the elevator limiting us from going back up so we had to extend our stay down there a while later I went with Vander and another friend of ours to his shop to drop off some stuff off when we were going to be heading back we saw the creature it was like nothing we've ever seen before it had purple veins sticking out of his body he didn't look human anymore to be honest I've known that guy since I was a little kid we were kind of enemies with one another but I'm getting off track here" I looked around has everyone waited for me to continue "that thing that Silco created almost killed me if it wasn't for my healing abilities I would be dead by now but luckily I was able to fight him off I want to go talk with Silco after that after knowing the story behind these two I talked with him telling him that it wasn't right what he was doing that this can affect people the person that I said that was the creature he was spitting up purple liquid he looks sick I explained it to Silco that what he was doing was dangerous that he could actually kill someone he has agreed to not start a war with those things as long as we make a deal with him"
Mel nodded her head as she looked forward "and that's why were here today we're here to talk about the deal that we can make I heard you commands that you want Moon have told me about them I want you to clarify on what you want in return for not starting a war Moon have told me what that creature could do so we want to avoid having a war break out between us" Jayce put it hand on my arm to reassure me that everything was gonna be ok "Moon do you mind explaining to us which one is the hound" I looked at Mr. Salo as I straighten my posture "yes sir Vander is the hound of the underground Silco is" I thought for a moment "he's like my brother you could say me and him grew up together we had a falling out years ago but with (y/) i'm sorry Moon's help we were able to make up with one another our relationship is a little rocky still but we're getting there" I only nodded my head as I looked at Vander "all right then what exactly do you want in return for not starting a war"
Silco started to think "Independence" they looked at him confused as he started to talk "I want independence for the underground to be its own nation if you will I don't want it to be under Piltover's control anymore" I looked around the table as they whispered to each "is that all or is there more" I was actually quite glad and surprised that all of them was cooperating "yeah there is equal access to the technology that you all have you have been leaving the underground in the dust if you're well for years now I have grown quite sick of it so having the same technology as you would help" I hite Jayce on the arm as I lean down to whisper something to him "ok what did you or Mel say to all of that to keep their mouth shut" he only smiled as he whispered back "Mel threaten them all saying that we should listen to what he has to say first no interruptions no nothing and see if it's actually reasonable and which what he's saying is reasonable I have to say" I just nodded my head as I stood back up properly "I see so kind of like trading right" Silco looked at me as I answered "I think that would work there's some brilliant minds down in the undercity two of my friends are some of those brilliant minds one of them he created his own protective system kind of like the enforces if you well they are there to protect and my other friend she creates weapons bombs all that stuff I don't know everything she creates but I know she's been making bomb since she was a little girl I have to say they are brilliant you all can actually benefit from them you know the technology that they have my friend he created a hover board so instead of them walking everywhere they fly it's actually quite interesting so I think maybe that we could trade you know we gave them some of the technology up here and they gave us some of the technology that they have down there"
I was smiling the entire time as I was explain "well it seems like Moon is happy with that idea kind of like Hoskel" I looked at Miss Shoola a little embarrassed "what can I say I am kind of a sucker for everything that they have done while I've been up here I'm just happy that they mad life a little bit better you know" Jayce just patted me on my arm as he should his head "you're ok kid you don't have to explain" I only smiled as Mel started talking "the last thing you want was a sit at a table right to make sure that the undercity is being treated fair is that correct" Silco just smiled as he nodded his head "that would be correct" Mel just smiled as she looked at everyone "well then I think that all we already have made up our minds for who could be sitting at the table for the underground to represent the undercity if you will" we all looked at Mel as Jayce stood up "that we did we all took a vote earlier today and it has been settled we already knew about what you wanted Moon has told us about everything that you want in return for piece and no war we have already agreed that all of this is doable that's why everyone's been kind of keeping their mouth shut it's because we already agreed on it we all have learned from Moon she has told me and Victor about her life down in the underground and everything like that and we all have agreed that it's time that we let the undercity go" everyone just nodded her head as Mel stood up "that we did we already have a greed on it we just wanted to hear you say it to know it was exactly what you wanted but here comes the real question"
Mel looked at me as Jayce turn me a little bit to look at her "Moon the deal we made with you along time ago I think it's time that we let it go as well we already agreed on why you were down in the underground that you have grown up and proven to us that you could be trustworthy I just have one question for you if we let the deal go and let you go down there anytime you want you can have your weapons back it's like the deal never really existed do you swear that you won't use the powers that you have gain over the years against us for evil" I stood up properly a little bit nervous " yes ma'am I have made a life up here I have friends and family up here I also have friends and family down in the underground I wouldn't turn my back on either one as long as you keep your end of this deal we're making and actually let the underground go no more enforces going down there and we do the trading with you then I see no reason why I would be provoked for that I believe that my home is here and the underground your home is where your heart so mine is with the people I love and that care for me and I have people that love and care for me and that I love and care for them in both places so" I shook my head as I just looked at her "I got off track again but what I'm saying is I promise I won't use my magic for evil or to go against anyone as long as it's not necessary as long as my life is being threatened then I really won't use my magic the only time I will is when I'm helping people" she just smiled "that's good to hear we were hoping you would say that so it's been settled the undercity is free we're trying our best to keep our end of the deal as long as you keep yours" Vander and Silco both nodded their heads "good to hear now I do have a question for all three of you"
