On the day of our anniversary I woke up around seven since I knew Powder would be waking up around eight I quickly got dressed so I look decent and went downstairs to go make her some breakfast while I was cooking I ate a simple apple just to get something on my stomach in the middle of me cooking her favorite I had a knock on the back door signaling that Mylo was here I turned off the stove as I played the food on a tray then went to the back door
"just in time" he held a bouquet of blue and pink roses which I knew was wildflowers favorite "thanks these look great" he just smiled as I whistled "no problem sis and don't worry will take good care of the little squad while you two are busy" I just smiled as I looked beside me seeing moonshine already to go "you remember the plan" he nodded his head as he stood by my brother "yep" I got on one of my knees as I ruffled his hair making him laugh "good oh and Mylo do you have" my brother just smiled as he handed me the bag "yep and I made sure that everything was all set to go" I gave my brother a hug to thank him "let's just hope today goes well" he nodded his head as he padded my shoulder "yep you two just be careful" I nodded my head as I close the door
I made the bag and the flowers float as I grab the tray with the food on it I went back upstairs to knock on the door to make sure that she was awake I open the door seeing her just sitting up rubbing her eyes
"well good morning beautiful" she looked over at me as I sat tray of food down in front of her "will breakfast in bed this is a first" I just smiled as I got the flowers to stop floating leaning in my hand as the bag landed on the floor "anything for the love of my life" I saw the surprise on her face as she took the flowers "how did you get these the flower shop doesn't open until 11 and I didn't see you have them yesterday you spend the whole day with me and Zepher" I just let out a tiny chuckle as I sat down beside her "I have my ways my dear now after you're done eating I got you an outfit to put on for today oh and happy anniversary" I gave her a kiss on the cheek as I stood up "thanks love happy anniversary" I just smiled as I went to the bathroom to go put on the outfit that I got for today
I put on the suit that I got it was a black suit with some blue trimming on it and a navy blue tie I know that the two outfits match since I got powder a dress the only difference is it's hers is a blue dress with some white flowers on it I know it was only around eight but it will take us a while to get our first destination
After I finish changing I put on the black dress shoes I have I looked at myself in the mirror liking what I was seeing I took in a deep breath as I knocked on the door "give me one minute I'm almost done changing" I just smiled at my loves voices as I leaned against the wall waiting for her to get done since I knew she has surprise for me later on tonight and which I can guess what that is "all right I finished" I open the door seeing her in the dress I got her my jar almost dropped to the ground seeing how beautiful she was in it I had to shake my head to focus "you look stunning in that my dear" I went over to her to wrap my arm around her giving her a kiss "you do as well my love but isn't it a little bit early to be dressed in this stuff" I shook my head as I took her hand "not at all do you remember you asking me about where I've been going when I am not with the council or at the lab" she just nodded her head as she followed me out of the room
"i've been going back to my old home the one I was born in that is where I went the next day after I was announced to the public as the eighth member on the council I wanted to see the place again I've been going there for sometime now of course I don't stepped foot in my old village but I did find a nice view and I thought it would be nice for you to see the place it's gonna take us a while to get there but after we're done there I have dinner reservations for this afternoon at one of the fanciest restaurants in Piltover but I know it will take a while to get to my old home so we should be getting going" she looked at me surprised "so wait I will get to see where you're from" I just nodded my head as she looked around the house "what about" I let out a small giggle "don't worry Moonshine is with Mylo right now they should be almost at the last drop I had him come pick him up this morning so it's just me and you" she let out a sigh of relief as she followed me to where I used to live
