Per pov.

„YOU DIPSHIT, WHY THE FUCK DID YOU SPY ON THEM" I yelled at Aether after I pulled him in his room, gripping him by his shirt and my tail swinging angrily behind me. „Ya know, we gotta know who your future wife/husband is. I mean you won't shut up about them sooo-"

„They are not my future wife/husband and you have absolutely no right to spy on them nor to say something like that! You don't even know how scared they were! You bitch made them cry. Dude." My voice trailed off during the last words and cracked a few times and my grip got more loose with every word that came out of my mouth until my hands laid on Aethers chest.

I thought back to what happened not even an hour ago. The quiet sobs, their voice breaking while trying not to cry and the fear in their eyes.

„I'm sorry okay? I didn't mean to- wait why did I make them cry?" he asked while grabbing a banana from his banana plate. „I don't really know but they knew someone was watching them and it reminded them of something that happened in their past. Don't ask me what, I only know y/n for three days" „Yeah, and you're already in love with them" he said, teasing me.

„STOP. I. AM. NOT. IN-" I paused, thinking about what I was about to say. „I am not in love" The words that came out of my mouth sounded forced. Aether just stood there, arms crossed in front of his chest and a ‚i don't believe you' -look on his face. The silence spoke whole books.

Per: „Stop looking at me like that" „Just at the thought of them your silver cheeks turn red" he said amused. „What? No they don't" I glanced at my reflection in the mirror that hung over Aethers cupboard. He was not wrong. My cheeks indeed hat a red tint to them. Fuck.

„Yes they do. You're in luv my dear." he strengthened his already strong British accent while saying ,love'. »Am I? Surely not.«

„How? I know them for only three days!" „Oh so you don't believe in love at first sight?" „No I don't. You can't just fall in love with people you barely know!" „Welp, you've proven yourself wrong then. Look at you little man falling for people you don't really know. Cute. I can give you advice if you want to." He smiled at me widely. What the fuck.

„NO! I surely would not go to you for love advice! You never even had a girlfriend nor a boyfriend." „But I've watched enough movies and shows." Aether sounded serious.

„Please tell me you're joking." „No I'm not" „AETHER"I gripped him by the shoulders.„ITS A TV SHOW! ITS NOT REAL!" „Let me live my dreams, okay?" He looked tense.
„You have to tell when something is real or not! Have you ever seen someone be like Elsa from Frozen and create fucking snowmen with bare hands? No, me neither! And you know why? Its not reeeal."

„What is going on in here?" Cumulus calm voice filled the room. „Argh thank god Cumulus. Aether won't believe that the things that happen in Tv shows and Movies are not real! I mean for example, none of us have ever seen someone create an ice bridge with their bare hands, have we?" „I mean, not yet. But you know, humans also don't know that is ghouls exist or better said: they shouldn't. So I wouldn't talk too soon." „see, cumulus is on my side" Aether smiled at me.

„Hey, I didn't know there are sides! I'm on my own side" She put her hands up in defense. 

„What's happening" Sunshine appeared in the door frame.

„Sodo has a boyfriend/girlfriend" „WHAT THE FUCK AETHER NO I DONT" „ouuuu who is it?" Sunshine asked and stepped closer. „a person named y/n. I caught them cuddling earlier" Aether announced before Per could say anything.
