"No, not like that" Nik laughed at Laura who just put the egg in the flour. "Why not? What did I do wrong?" She asked confused.

"I explained it already but I'll repeat it, just for you. First step: Put the flour in a bowl" "oh wow, totally didn't think about that" the girl interrupted him, a sarcastic tone in her voice.

"Yeah, just in case you forgot it. Who knows, maybe you didn't know that you have to put it in a bowl first-" he teased but got a bit of flour in the face for that, thrown by Laura. Now white powder decorated his eyebrows and the tip of his dirty blond fluffy hair.

"You bitch!" Nik shouted in horror and wanted to grab a handful of the same ingredient as Laura did before but Eli stopped him. "don't. or you'll have to clean up this mess on your own" she admonished him. "just continue explaining to our very nice guests how to make noodles" "with that shit on my face?" He pointed at his snow white nose. "yes"

„Fuck you. Okay anyways, second step: lightly press your fist in the centre of the little hill of flour to create a small crater." he explained and turned to the other girl once again. "thats what you did wrong."

Laura nodded in response. For the next step nik showed us how to do it properly.

"after you put the egg in the crater you start mixing it but start from the middle. now, put your fork only that deep so that it's slightly touching the flour." Niko began to move the fork in little circles.

"you can see how it slowly turns into a dough-like mass" he said while pointing at his bowl.

Lauras second attempt actually did become a great noodle dough. she surprised herself with it.

"well done"he praised her and gave her a little pat on the head making the girl smile.

Even though all the windows stood widely open it was still hot and it felt like a sauna. The time of the day had come where the sun slowly set and shined right through the windows of the kitchen. every now and then a car driving by could be heard.

The noodles were boiling in the pot that stood on the stove top, the table was already set and everyone was sitting on the couch, waiting for the food to be ready.

Eli: "so, what else do you wanna do tonight?" "horror movie" was all I said. "no. you know how much I hate horror!" Cos contradicted. he finally got more comfortable with y/n, Nik and Eli and started to talk more.

"that is exactly why I suggested it" I grinned at my friend. it was true; Rain absolutely hated horror, especially horror movies while all the others are loving it.

"quick question, is there anybody else who's also hating horror movies like me?" "my dog" Nik answered. "haha you're so funny" Rain said with a straight face "no I'm serious! whenever me and my family watch a horror movie and Snow is with us he pees himself. like literally." "so he pees in your house?" rain asked, suppressing a smile. "yes he does! and now guess who has to clean I up? Exactly, fucking me." "because its your dog" y/n uttered.

"NO! It was not only me who wanted a dog! Lexi wanted it too!" "Lexi? who's that" Laura asked curiously. "his cute little sister" Eli answered, a smile resting on her lips. "fuck the word cute" He muttered and got up as the timer of the oven began to ring, which meant:

"FOODS READY" Nik shouted from the kitchen and rain immediately jumped up to run to Niko. "fucking hell that looks so good!" the water ghoul whispered as he saw the pasta and sauce.

"yeah, we can be proud of ourselves. and you really have never cooked before?" "well I did warm up food and cooked noodles with tomato sauce but thats it. I never really liked cooking and thats why I let the others do it instead" "so what do you like then? what are your hobbies?" Nik asked nicely while bringing the pot to the table and putting it on a saucer.
