The humans had decided that the puppies match would be the first to 3 points (they couldn't leave the animals to run and jump for 40 minutes after all, they were still young and the things they already did were hard enough). So technically either Tetsuya and Hissori had to score now or they were going to lose.
This time Tetsuya got the ball and the game continued. He passed the ball to Hissori who passed it back. They were winning time to think of some strategy. But Yoshi and Senshi were having none of it. The latter suddenly dived, trying to reach for the ball but Hissori saw that and moved the ball away.
Unfortunately, Senshi's tail poked at the ball, making it jump away from Hissori's paw. And Yoshi used that, getting the ball and charging forward as fast as possible. Suddenly it looked like Tetsuya and Hissori were going to lose.
But Tetsuya didn't give up. While Hissori was still turning around, the blue-eyed pup was already running after the other two puppies. He soon was neck to neck with Yoshi but the pup passed the ball to Senshi who was even closer to the hoop. And so he hit the ball towards it.
But Tetsuya still didn't lose hope. He jumped after the ball, managing to hit it with his paw and making it hit the board behind the hoop. Because of its speed the ball jumped half the court to where Hissori was. The pup used the momentum and just guided the ball forward before eventually shooting it towards the hoop while Yoshi and Senshi were still far behind.
The result was two points for each team. The end was near. But it was Yoshi and Senshi's turn to attack.
