He copied Aomine. Kuroko noticed it eventually. He couldn't miss it, he had played the most with this boy. And the move Yoshi was doing was a perfect copy of one of Aomine's.
While Kuroko had those musings though, Yoshi managed to pull off his newest trick twice more, revealing that he could do it both to the left and right. Midorima had trained him well, very well.
But how did you block this move? Maybe Tetsuya could also spin and return the ball in the other direction with his tail. This was beginning to look like a tennis game.
But whatever, it was worth a try. And normally Tetsuya was faster than Yoshi. It should work out.
After a quick timeout so Kuroko could tell his plan to his puppy, the game was back on. But it didn't work out, Kuroko's plan. Midorima knew the shorter boy had figured him out, knew he would. So he had a back up plan.
The next time Yoshi did his trick, he hit the ball back, towards his own hoop. After that he hit it upwards. Next time to the left. He just began hitting the ball in random patterns, random directions, surprising Tetsuya even more, making him waste time and not react properly.
In the next few minutes, Yoshi had a five points lead. And Tetsuya was getting annoyed.
And so was Kuroko...
