Y/n looked down past the stairs leading to the basement, a shiver went up their spine. They tried not to show their fear but it was very obvious how reluctant they where to step a foot inside.

Was the record player really worth it? No, probably not.

Half an hour ago Y/n had found some music records in their room and had gotten curious to listen to them. Sadly the old record player was located in the basement of the student household.

Where it was dark and creepy!

And knowing that the most of lights where broken down they didn't want to end up lost in the darkness. Y/n walked to the kitchen, grabbing a glass of water to delay the inevitable.

The electricity box near the kitchen counter caught the humans attention and a new idea came to mind.

Would she be willing to help you though... only one way to find out.

Softy they knocked on the metal box, almost expecting nothing to happen. But to their surprise a familiar figure jumped out of it, happily throwing her hands in the air.

"Hi, is there something you need help with?"

The robot sounded sweet, her none-threatening aura and friendly smile did for Y/n. They felt like they could trust her unlike many of the other strange living objects that had entered this house.

"Hey I was wondering if you could light up my path? I wanna grab something from the dark basement." Y/n quietly mumbled. "I'm kinda scared in the dark, so I would really appreciate it. Sorry if I'm bothering you..."

The electricity teacher put on a thoughtful expression, curiously staring back at Y/n before smiling brightly, the lights of her face flickering green. "Of course! I'll gladly assist you dear student."

The other let out a sigh of relief, having now new determination to enter the basement.

"Maybe... just maybe we should go back hehe-"

"Don't worry, there is nothing to fear with me by your side."

The two where walking in the dark space, the basement was magically so much bigger in the dark. The only light came from the robot, who lit up the path.

A screeching sound of a rusty door being opened could be heard and Y/n automatically grabbed Electracey for comfort.

The human didn't even realize how tightly they where holding onto the robot. They where to on edge to notice, not wanting to be separated from their only light source.

"What was that?!"

"Sometimes other teachers are being kept in basement I think. It could be them making the sounds."

That's not very comforting to hear-

"Hm-mm." Electracey mumbled, as she tried staring further into the dark with a displeased look."This place really a needs a glow up, it's so dark and gloomy."

"I agree, it definitely needs a touch of electricity."Y/n replied unintentionally flattering their companion.

Electricity let out a soft chuckle. "I see great minds think alike."
