I managed to make my own Tony the clock, it came out better than expected. I burned my hand multiple times with the hot glue gun but it was it worth.
I used coloured cardboard instead of felt as the shops I visited didn't sell the right felt colors.
Whatever it was still a fun project to do and it probably was around $10,- for all the materials I needed including the clock itself. I only gotta find a yellow bow tie and it's finished.
Btw thanks for the words of advice and encouragement I got from other post that I made when I talked about making this.
