Okay, I've been doing some thinking (again....) about like a top ten list and I wanted to do a "Most Awesome Bad a** Fictional Characters" and I think I've come up with a list!
At number ten (FourTris) is....
America Singer from the selection series! Okay you may not agree with me, but I think she is, and I have my reasons! She is stubborn and a leader, she never stands down, she is not afraid to yell at anyone, she doesn't cower ever, she's brave and smart and stubborn!
At number nine is....
Teresa Agnes from the maze runner series! Again, you might not agree with me, but come on! Teresa is completely kick a**! Teresa knows how to fight, she uses a spear, and she fended for herself when she was the ONE girl surrounded by a bunch of boys! Teresa is a fighter and when [SPOILER ALERT FOR THE SCORCH TRIALS] Teresa was forced to betray Thomas (even though this broke his and our hearts) she completely perfected the evil role!
At number eight is....
Annabeth Chase from the Percy Jackson series! Annabeth always struck me as awesome and smart! Being Athena's daughter, of course, would make her smart. She can always get out of traps and can discern tricks, when Percy, let's admit, cannot. Annabeth is a really awesome character and she really deserves to be on this list!
At number seven is....
Beatrice Prior from the Divergent series! Tris is such an awesome heroine. She is brave and selfless and knows how to use a gun. This girl does not back down. She took Al's place and got knives thrown at her! She went to Erudite and was tested on for a serum! She is a fighter, even though she doesn't realize it! The zipline, the ferris wheel, first jumper...she's a daredevil.
At number six (Tris) is....
Katniss Everdeen from the hunger games trilogy! Come on people, Katniss was bound to be on this list! Katniss first was a hunter, so all ready she knew how to survive. Then she was reaped at the hunger games. During the hunger games, she was able to survive. She took care of herself and Peeta and was able to kill other tributes. When they won, she was able to live through that trauma. When she was reaped the second time she did the same thing. She fought with a bow, yelled at Haymitch, and survived. She is a fighter as well. In Mockingjay she lived as the face of the rebellion, saw Peeta taken from her and hijacked! She still lived through that! Then Finnick (*starts sobbing*) died (WHY FINNICK????!!!!!) And so did Prim and she went numb in the end (don't judge her, you would too) but the thing is she fought through all that crap, but survived with Peeta in the end.
At number five is....
Cassiopeia Sullivan from the fifth wave series! Cassie is a survivor of the Other's waves when seven billion other people died. She's hard, and she fights. She has no trust in others. She's a human girl trying to survive alien invaders who have managed to murder everyone else. She fights hard, she saw her mother die of the blood fever, witness her father-the only person who ever gave her hope-shot in the head. She saw her little brother taken away and forced to go to a death camp. She perseveres to find and save her little brother. She definitely deserves a spot on my list.
At number four (Tobias) is....
Marika (Ringer) from the fifth wave series! Ringer has a story that is a lot like Cassie's. Her whole family was killed, and she grew hard. Ringer is the hardest person I have ever read about. She never smiles. She hasn't smiled in years, she shows no emotions. Ringer is blank. Ringer is a fighter, the whole reason that Ringer is nicknamed, "Ringer" is because (quote directly from book) 'Somebody who's really good.' And that sums Ringer up. She knows how to fight, and teaches one of the main characters, Ben, how. She won't take crap from anybody.
At number three is....
Adelina Amouteru from The Young Elites series! So far, only the first book in the series has been released. Adelina has been hurt. Actually, the word hurt doesn't even scratch what she's been through. Adelina is a survivor of the blood fever, called a malfetto. Malfettos who survive either come out dead, marked, or unmarked. Adelina, her sister Violetta, and her mother got the disease. Her mother died, and Violetta came out with no markings. Adelina, however, was marked. Her hair and eyelashes turned silver and she lost one of her eyes. Her father abused her for ruining their family name. One night, Adelina learns that her father is going to sell her to be a mistress, Adelina runs away, but is found by her father. Her father starts hitting her, when something happens. Adelina unleashes a dark power within her and kills her father. She is taken to prison later on in the book, to be burnt at a stake. The day of her burning, a group called the young elites comes to rescue her. Adelina goes through a lot of sorrow and heartbreak. She is powerful and she is villainous and I think she deserves this spot!
At number two is....
June Iparis from the Legend Trilogy! June Iparis is a soldier of the Republic and the Republics pride. She is a prodigy. At twelve years old, she was allowed into a college. She is fifteen. She can fight, shoot, and kill someone with her fists. June was raised by her older brother, Metias. June's parents died when she was very young. June is an awesome fighter and in Prodigy, the second book, June teaches Day (the male heroine) how to fight. June is in the first book, cold and harsh. She would do anything for the Republic. She fought for them as a soldier. Then she met Day Wing. Day was the Republics most wanted criminal because he made the Republic look stupid. I love how awesome June and Day are! (DUNE FOREVER!!!!)
First, as the most awesome kick a** heroine is....

No I'm totally kidding! Let's try again

At number one is....
Celaena Sardothian from Throne of Glass series!!!!!! People who have read Throne of Glass: you knew it was coming, you would have screamed at me if I hadn't put Celaena on this list. I deserved screaming if I didn't put Celaena on this list. But Celaena is number one and Celaena deserves it BIG TIME! Remember how I said that Hurt doesn't even scratch Adelina? The same can be said for Celaena Sardothian. Backstory time. When Celaena was eight years old, her parents were murdered. Celaena had to hide in the cold (it just happened to be winter and snowing when her parents died) frozen almost to death, a man named Arobynn Hamel came and saved her. Arobynn was the keeper if the assassins. Celaena was trained to be an assassin, Arobynn beat her and bruised her and gave her many scars, yet still Celaena prospered. She became known as Adarlan's Assassin. She fell in love with a man named Sam. Years later, Arobynn had set her up, tortured and killed Sam, and betrayed Celaena. Celaena was sent to the salt mines of Endovier to rot, there she was beaten as well. That's just her backstory and that isn't even half of it! People who have read the ending of the second book, Crown of Midnight, know what I'm talking about. In the book she is offered a deal, die in the mines or participate in a deadly competition to become the King's champion. Celaena chooses the ladder. What I love about Celaena is the fact that she could kill all of them so easily, she says it, thinks it, does it in crown of midnight when they kidnap Chaol. Everyone else knows it too. Celaena is deadly and awesome and she deserves number one. (Btw I am team Chaol ALL THE WAY!!!!)
That's all for my list, hope you liked it, comment I'd you have any others (this is just judging the books I have read, so if your favorite character is not on the list I probably haven't read the book)

RandomNow that I look back on this, it makes me cringe (just because I wrote it). Most of my opinions here have changed drastically, but regardless, I'm not going to delete it because people have seemed to enjoy it, and hey, it's amusing to look back on...
