You know when you finish a book and it ends horribly. So when you're in denial, you read the acknowledgments because:
A) maybe there's an alternate ending hidden in there
B) one of these people mentioned might be responsible for giving the author the idea for the end, and we need to find out if Veronica Roth was really responsible for such a horrible ending!
