Hey guys, I have an important announcement. I-
Percy: am freaking amazing
Me: butt out, Perce
Percy: *groans* your announcements are so boring!
Me: that's not nice
Leo: but it's true!
Me: now Leo's on your side?!
Percy: Dude, everybody should be on my side! Like I said, I'm freaking amazing! I'm Percy Jackson!!!! I've saved the world a million times, I've held up the sky, I eat blue food, I-
Me: prideful much?
Percy: 0.o
Me: fine then, I'll just get Tris and the others to act it out again.
Percy and Leo: NO!
Me: um
Leo: it was horrible, and I wasn't even there!
Percy: you need fabulous people to act! Me!!!
Me: so Annabeth's not fabulous?
Percy:
Leo: ha!
Me: fine, since I need fabulous actors, you'll do it.
Percy: what?
Me: the Percy Jackson fandom will do the acting while the others watch.
Leo: this is gonna be awesome.
[Later, after a usage of cardboard, duct tape, food coloring, tablecloths, and a million mini bandaids, they finally had a stage set up.]
Me: attention, girls!
Piper: what now?
Me: dude, you never acted in my last play
Piper: you have a point.
Me: everyone who wants to see something slightly amusing, follow me.
[Every heroine follows]
Me: this is the theater, take a seat and the show will begin!
[Curtains open to reveal Percy sitting down, eating a blue cookie at a makeshift cardboard "café".]
Piano starts to play
Percy: *looks at audience and sings* Hey, have you heard what is happening today?
Nico in the background: *rolls eyes* *sighs* *sings* hey, I haven't heard!
Percy: *continues to sing* well, CBGlovesbooks let me have blue food!
Me: 0.o
Nico: *echoes song*
Percy: *sings*she's usually mean, and very crabby!
Nico: *echoes song*
Me: what?!
Percy: *sings* but just this once, she gave something to me!
Jason: *flies across the set* *sings* gave him blue food!
Everyone in the audience: *facepalm*
Percy: *sings* so here's a blue cookie for you! *throws cookie at audience, and it hits someone's eye*
Percy: *sings* here's a blue cookie for me! *stuffs four cookies inside mouth* here's a cookie for us!
Frank: *turns into a bird, grabs cookie, and throws it to the audience*
Katniss: ow! I'm gonna shoot that bird!
Hazel: you'll have to go through me first!
Percy: *sings* it was all meant to . . . Be!
Leo: *burns down set and the rest of Percy's cookies*
Percy: LEO!!!!
Leo: ha! That's what you get for making me build this stupid set!
[Water rushes in]
Percy: ha!
Me: *walks up to them*
Leo: I . . . Uh . . . Gotta go, Jason! Take me away!
Jason: *takes Leo and flies away*
[Superman theme song plays]
Frank (who is still a bird): *flies away*
Nico: *shadow travels away*
Me: hiya, Percy
Percy: like the show? Come to get an autograph?
Me: did you even read the script?
Percy: um . . . Leo kinda burnt it
Me: which really means you threw it away
Percy: *nervous laugh*
Me: Tris!
Tris: yeah?
Me: can you duct tape him to a wall?
Tris: sure!
Annabeth: hey, wait-
Me: you'll get him back
Me: My real announcement was, *glares at a taped Percy* that I was going away to camp
Annabeth: half blood?
Hazel: Jupiter?
Me: guys, I wish! But no. I'll be at camp for a few days, so I might not be able to update-
Percy: good!
Me: Tris, get his mouth, will ya?
Me: anyway, it should be a quick fun camp. I think it's outdoorsy so there's like zip lines-
Tris: zip lining????
Me: And archery I think
Katniss: what will you be hunting?
Me: er, targets I think.
Me: anyway, I won't have a lot of free time, so I won't be able to update as much-
Percy: *muffled cheering*
Me: I might be able to every now and then
[Percy's cheering abruptly dies]
Me: anyway, that's all I wanted to say *glares again* so bye! C'mon guys!
[Everyone follows]
Annabeth: but, what about Percy?
Me: you can get him later
Annabeth: but-
Me: fine, get him out
Percy: *muffled cheering*
Me: don't think I'll forget this, Perce! *leaves*
