There once was a girl,
Cruel as can be,
There once was a girl,
Who I hate to admit, was me.
She was a selfish child,
A foolish brat,
The only thing good about her,
Was her obsession with cats!
She thought books boring,
Pages with nonsensical words,
She cared nothing for them,
Why not feed them to the birds?
Then a miracle happened,
She met a friend,
She gave the girl a book,
And the world fell to an end.
Books filled with stories,
Pages with words of delight,
She read all the time,
All through the night!
The obsession started,
Her money ran out,
But it didn't matter,
That's what shopping was all about!
One day, treachery happened,
The series ended in tears,
She would be crying,
For all of her years.
She stopped reading,
Her hope dissapeared,
She stopped reading,
Because of what she feared.
She cried all the time,
She lost someone dear,
She hated life,
For taking her cheer.
Months later,
She opened a new book,
The obsession came back,
All she had to do was look.
Though she lost the selfless girl,
Who was the bravest,
She joined a fandom family,
And became courageous.
She tried to forget,
Those horrible days,
Where books didn't matter,
She tried to forget her old ways.
She was a major fangirl,
She still is today,
But sometimes she remembers,
Life in the old day.
She learned that it didn't matter,
Who you were before,
What matters is,
We'll take in a lost soul that is poor.
It doesn't matter,
If you weren't here in the beginning,
What matters most is,
If you'll stick with us 'til the ending.
So start the journey,
Start this very day,
Start for an adventure,
An adventure that'll take you away.My legacy in poem format, yes I made that all up, yay me! Sorry if this poem was horrible DX sorry!

De TodoNow that I look back on this, it makes me cringe (just because I wrote it). Most of my opinions here have changed drastically, but regardless, I'm not going to delete it because people have seemed to enjoy it, and hey, it's amusing to look back on...
