I couldn't hide a smirk as I watched my wife pursing her lips. She was staring blankly at me but I knew she was in deep thought. Sometimes I could predict her thoughts, especially when it was dirty thoughts. She would always bite her lips and her stare would roam around my body.
This time, it wasn't dirty. Naduduwag na naman ang asawa ko at halatang nag iisip kung paano makakawala sa haharaping problema pagdating namin.
"Shouldn't we first get our honeymoon, Harden? Kakakasal lang natin kahapon tapos problema agad?"
I let out a bark of laughter. I knew it. Naduduwag na naman. My poor baby wants to run again.
We were on our way home. I booked us a flight after meeting her Mommy. I didn't meet any of Silverio before but after officially meeting them now, I understand their obsession with my wife, especially Mrs. Silverio. She has her attitude. Nagkakasundo sa mga bagay.
It was a brief meeting since we have to go back. I have many problems at home. Nagwawala si Papa at binabalaan akong iuurong ang mana ko. The big scandal were affecting not just my family, it affect the Marguez too. Logan don't want to be in that drama kaya nanatili dito sa Melbourne. Alic keeps on calling demanding my presence.
Few hours later, my wife became exhausted with her overflowing thoughts. Nakatulog siya sa flight.
I licked my lips as I watched her sleep peacefully in my arms. I stole a kiss from her. Even though she was sleeping, she showed a reaction to my kiss.
I stroked her hair and smirked as memories started to flush in my head. I could still remember our first encounter that made me immediately drown in her.
"Anong itatago mo, bro?" tanong ni Alic nang nasa park na kami. We were about to participate in a game that our parents played in their generation.
Tumawa ako. "As if I'll participate!"
Tunawa din si Logan sa tabi ko. "Hindi yan magtatago ng item. Pero sasama sa paghahanap para makabudol. Kunwari may itatago pero wala naman."
"That's cheating!" reklamo ni Wyatt. I just shrugged at him and smirked.
Una kaming dumating bago ang iba. We saw Dylan march in our direction with a girl with him.
"Who's that?" usisa ni Alic pagdating ni Dylan sa amin.
"My cousin." Pinanliitan ng mata ni Dylan si Alic dahil sa naging tanong niya. "And she's off limits!" banta pa niya. Tumawa lang si Alic.
Some girls show their items to us expecting us to look for thiers. Hindi ko gusto ang larong to. Though it could be beneficial it seems wrong to me.
"Gago ka. Narinig mo bang off limit daw sabi ni Dylan?" tumatawang sabi ni Theo habang naghahanap kami. Logan, Alic and Dylan went away from us. Kami nalang nina Wyatt, Theo at Leo and magkakasamang naghahanap.
"Basta maghanap kayo! Bibilhin ko pag may nakahanap sa inyo," frustrated na sabi ni Wyatt. Leo went to some girl Dylan's cousin was with earlier.
"Bracelet daw ang kanya," balita ni Leo nang bumalik. We didn't find a bracelet. I didn't find anything. Pabalik namin ay kita naming si Alic ang may hawak na bracelet. Tinatago pa kay Dylan.
"That stupid cousin of yours!" masamang bulong ni Wyatt sa akin.
I let out a bark of laughter. "Bilhin mo sa kanya. Mukha yang pera."
Umiiling ako habang papunta kami sa bahay ni Dylan. Wyatt couldn't accept the fact that he didn't find Dylan's cousin's item and now he wants to go to their home, probably to see the girl.
