Nicky, Ricky, and Dicky were all in the Harper household kitchen, and all three boys looked eager and excited as they seemed to be preparing snacks and stuff. They heard a knock on the kitchen door and lit up. "Ooh, they're here!" Nicky chirped.
Ricky walked over to open the door and Miles and Dooley stood there with duffel bags and happy faces. "Who's ready for our boys-only sleepover?!" he exclaimed.
"Yeah!" the five boys shouted with deep voices.

Meanwhile, Dawn was coming down the stairs when she heard knocking on the house's main entrance door. She rushed to open it, and there stood (Y/N), Mae, Brooklyn, and Sadie, all with bags of their own. "Who's ready for our girls-only sleepover?!" Dawn exclaimed.
"Yeah!" the girls shouted with deep voices and walked inside.

"This sleepover's gonna be awesome!" Nicky said excitedly.
"Finally, a night with just us dudes," Dicky said. "No girls."
"No girls!" the boys cheered.

"This sleepover's gonna be so much fun!" Mae exclaimed.
"Finally, a night with just us ladies," Dawn said. "No boys."
"Good thing none of us are non-binary," (Y/N) mumbled under her breath.
"No..." the girls started, but then the five boys walked into the living room, and everyone's faces dropped. "Boys?!"
"Girls?" the boys asked.
"Mom!" the quads yelled.
"Tom!" Anne yelled from the stairs. For some reason, she was wearing a very nice black dress.
"Anne?" Tom revealed that he was on the couch, hidden by a blanket, and sat up abruptly.
"Dad?!" The quads looked at him in confusion.
"Donkey!" (Y/N) said jokingly.
Tom looked around at the ten kids. "Oh!" He relaxed a little. "Oh, hey, hey. Hey, everybody. What's going on?"
"Uh, Tom, by any chance did you tell the boys that they could have their sleepover on the same night as the girls?" Anne asked.
"Anne, please. '"m a grown man. I think I know how to schedule things. Dawn, when did I say you could have yours?"
"Tonight," she responded, annoyed.
"And boys?"
"Tonight," the three answered in the same tone.
"...I see."
Anne groaned. "Tom, when are you going to admit that your mental calendar does not work and you're gonna have to start writing things down?"
"I mixed up one little thing! Why are you so dolled up?"
"Uh, you also scheduled our date night for tonight." Anne clapped her hands together, smiling bitterly.
"...Oh, I'm just kidding!" Anne nodded but wasn't believing it. "Heh, I'm dressed. I'm just...Boulder cas'." Tom chuckled at his own joke.
"Yeah, those are my sweatpants."
