Stanley's POV
SHE DESERVES to be happy. Shianna deserves to be happy. After all she went through. From the first day I met her when we were in high school up to this. I witnessed all of her pain. Her sacrifices. She deserves to be happy. I did not even think that I have feelings for her but I need to let her go. Kung saan siya masaya ay masaya na rin ako.
I don't have the right to hold her with me if I am aware that she's happy being with Tristan's arms. I really hope that Tristan will never hurt Shianna. Dahil kapag sasaktan niya si Shianna ay hindi ako magdadalawang-isip na agawin ito mula sa kaniya.
Shianna is a kind of woman that will do everything for the man he love and that is Tristan. Alam ko naman na ako ang nauna pero ganun talaga siguro ang tadhana. Mapaglaro, dahil si Tristan ang huli. Tristan won the battle.
Battle between Love and Hatred...
Lumabas muna ako saglit para magpahangin and to enjoy this place as well. I never expected that this things will happen to me. Sino ba namankasi ang mag-aakala na mas mataas pa pala ang posisyon ni Shianna sa mundong ito kesa saamin.
Inilibas ko ang aking cellpone sa bulsa to take some pictures of the trees. I do really love the ambiance of this place.
I really do wish na makabalik kami dito...
Ibinalik ko sa aking bulsa ang cellphone ko nang tumunog ito and Shianna's message pop-up telling mo to go back inside for the dinner.
Sinulyapan ko muna ang paligid bago tumalikod at naglakad pabalik sa loob ng palasyo.
Sa loob ng palasyo. I never expected na sobrang laki pala nito to the point na pakiramdam ko ay paikot-ikot lang ako sa dinadaanan ko.
"Galing na ako dito ah..." sambit o sabay kamot sa batok nang mapansin ko na same painting lang naman yong nakikita ko.
I decided to text Shianna para ipaalalam na naliligaw na ako dahil sa laki ng bahay nila o kung bahay pa ba ito.
But before I sent the message. Someone approach me.
"Hi? are you lost?" the girl ask. Bakit walang nakwento si Shianna na ay ganito kagandang babae pala dito sa palasyo? I cant explain everything but she has this different feature that can melt everyones heart.
"Yeah..." nahihiyang sagot ko.
"Dont worry. I will lead the way. Folow me. she said an turn her back at me.
I silently followed her while wathcing her back. She's indeed beautiful.
Nagmadali akong naglakad at saka sumabay sa paglalakad niya. Medyo napansin ko na nagulat ito but I just smiled at her.
" Uhm, Stanley by the way. And you are?" I ask and stretch my arm.
"I'm Crizalyn. But you can call me Criza." she answered and accepted my hand. She smiled at me and let go of my hand.
"We're here." She said and turn her back without saying any words.
Habang papalayo ito ay parang may bumubulong sa akin to follow her and spend more of her time.
However, I heard Shianna calling my name. Lumingon ako at nakita ko ang buong Section Z na sobrang tahimik sa inuupuan nila. Sarap nilang kuhanan ng litrato. Paano ba naman kasi? eh kung titignasn ko sila ay para silang mga tuta na pinagagalitan sa sobrang tahimik? tsk!
Napansin ko rin na may ibang tao dito. Hindi kasi ako pamilyar sa ibang tao na nasa hapagkainan. Baka ibang family ni Shianna.
One of the servant offered me the chair in front of me na kaagad naman akong umupo. Baka kasi isipan ng iba dito lalo na si Zander na paspecial mention ako.
ZANDER'S POV
SAAN na naman kaya galing ang Stanley na ito. Is he not aware that we have been waiting for him to start the meeting?
Unbelievable, right? This is suppose to be a dinner. But we had a conversation with the King before the ceremony. What's the most shocking thing for me is that why me? Diba dapat si Kuya ang dapat na kinausap niya kasi mas mataas namanang posisyon at kinatatuyuan nito sa palaso kesa sa akin na isang prince lang?
I have no idea what's gooing on here but I felt like there's something gonna happen.
"Kia ora koutou katoa..." the King greeted and started the conversation.
"Ano 'yon? minumura niya ba tayo?" I heard Steve whisper while looking at Stephen. Napansin siguro nitong nakatingin ako sa kaniya kaya naman ay umayos na ito ng upo.
Tumayo si Kuya at sumunod naman a ng iba ko pang pamilya, si Shianna, Tristan, at ang iba pang Section Z.
My family bow our heads and the rest followed us including the servants except Shianna.
As expected she's excempeted because she has a different way on greeting the King.
Habang nakayuko parin kami ay nagsimulang maglakad si Shianna at dahan-dahan na lumapit sa Hari. The King offered his hand and Shianna accepted it. She bow her head. "Kia ora to tatou kingi aroha" Shianna said as a sign for us to sit down.
Bumalik na si Shianna sa kaniyang pwesto kung saan malapit sa hari.
After eating our dinner. The kings stared at me na para bang sinasabi na magsisimula na kami sa pag-uusapan namin. Yumuko ako ng kunti at pagkatapos ay ngumiti.
" Good evening, as you can see. This day is supposed t be the coronation of my grand daughter Princess Shianna Victoria." sabi ng hari. Tahimik lang kaming lahat habang naghihintay sa sunod na sasabihin nito.
SHIANNA'S POV
KINAKABAHAN ako sa kung ano mang ibabalita ng hari. I think he's disappointed in me because I can feel it. Hindi naman kasi ganito makitungo sa akin si Lolo. Kahit na minsan niya lang akong pinapansin dito sa loob ng palasyo ay nahuhuli ko naman siyang ngumingiti sa akin.
But right now? it's very different. He even did not looked at me. Kahit kunting sulyap man lang ay wala.
"I had a conversation with one of my trusted person here inside the palace. We have talked about what happened and it's expected." the King said.
I was shocked and looked at Kuya but he just shrugged his shoulder only means that he also doesn't know about this.
"I have decided that the one who will take my crown is no other than, Prince Zander." the king announced and looked at Zander. Nakatulala lang si Zander at tumingin sa akin saka ngumiti pero alam ko na peke ang ngiti na iyon.
This is very unexpected to me and to the whole family as well. Never been in the history na lalaki ang mamumuno at magmamahala sa palasyo. Nasa tradition na namin na babae ang mamumuno. Pero bakit ganito? anong dahilan ni lolo?
" Excuse me-" magsasalita na sana ako pero pinigilan ako ni Zander at tumingin sa mga mata ko na para bang sinasabi niya niya huwag na akong magsalita pa.
The king stood up and turn his back to us. Naglakad ito palabas sa dining area at sa likod naman nito ay tahimik lang na nakasunod si Kuya, Mama at Tita. Tumayo na rin si Zander pero bago ito umalis ay may ibinulong ito sa akin. 'You deserve to be happy, My Princess. Our Princess...'
Matapos sabihin iyon ni Zander ay di ko napansin na tumutulo na pala ang luha ko. Naramdaman ko nalang na nakayakap na pala sa akin si ristan, Stanley at ang buong secttion Z habang wala paring tigil sa pagtulo ang mga luha ko.
Naghahalo ang sakit at saya.
I'm happy because finally I have my freedom that I always dream for.
But I'm also sad thinking that Zander sacrifice his happines to save me. And I will never forget his kindness. Kahit hindi kami magkakasundo ni Zander when the first time we met in my Titas house. Pinaramdam ko sa kaniya na kahit anong taboy niya sa akin ay mahal ko parin siya dahil pinsan ko siya at para ko na siayng tunay na kapatid. Silang dalawa ni Kuya.
Someday, I will pay the kindness that they all gave to me.
