Monika sighed as 'Ender' snickered and slid against Monika.

"C'mon~, don't you find me beautiful~?"

Monika's eye twitched.

"No. because I can tell you're not Ender."

'Ender' huffed before her skin melted, revealing the fox mask underneath. Sparkle sighed, moving the fox mask to the side.

"sighhhhhh~, why so uptight~? I thought you loved her?"

Sparkle asked. Monika groaned.

"For the last time, I do, but disguising yourself as her won't make me disrespect the boundaries she set! I told her I would try my best to love her as a friend, and no matter how much you feed my wants, I'm not going into your delusion."

Monika huffed. Sparkle snickered, smirking. "C'mon~, it's just a joke~! Relax~"

Sparkle then jumped up and off the couch, snickering.

"But if you're going to be so grumpy, I'll go do something else~", with that, Sparkle skipped away. Monika groaned and rolled her eyes. She was normally kind to all roommates, but Sparkle pissed her off like no one else. Not even Kokichi could measure up.

"Just ignore Sparkle. She's just trying to get a reaction out of you.". Monika looked over to see Nahida, looking up at her with a kind smile. Monika sighed.

"I know, but it makes me really mad whenever she does things like that. I know she's making fun of my...feelings.", Monika sighed and looked away. Nahida hummed before sitting next to Monika.

"As unfortunate as it is, we cannot do much to stop her. I'll try to talk to her later about it, but I doubt I can do much.", Nahida said, trying to be comforting. Monika hummed.

"...It's okay, Nahida.". There was silence after that before Nahida gave a comforting smile.

"You know, I need help to put the Christmas supplies back downstairs in the basement. Would helping me take your mind off these things?"

Monika looked over to Nahida's innocent expression. She stared before sighing.

"...Yeah, I think I can help.", Monika said. Nahida smiled. "Ok! I'll go get Wanderer to help us—"

"C-Can we not? Wanderer's hanging around Kokichi right now, and I'm not exactly in the mood for Kokichi to tag along....because if Kokichi comes, then Sparkle..."

Monika stared down. Nahida stared before nodding

"...Alright then. Just the two of us, I suppose."

With that, Nahida and Monika began packing up the Christmas decorations, placing them in the boxes. The two then began carrying the boxes. When they reached the basement door, they opened it.
