After the events of Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix Waluigi decides to do something more than just stealing music keys to become a better dancer. He instead decides to overthrow every known high power on the planet.
He becomes the villain Nintendo didn’t want him to be.
The main cast are used as slaves by him and he laughs at their pain. Wario is the only exception.
This version of Waluigi is a more sadistic, malicious, cruel, chaotic and sociopathic version of Waluigi. He has all of Waluigi’s traits but the bad ones are amplified. He’s pure chaotic evil.
He’s murderous and he’s an asshole.
He’s a hypersexual and hence has a sex dungeon.
He’s scattered banners with his symbol on them around the world so everyone knows who reigns supreme.
Hangs the corpses of his foes in a massive trophy room with Bowser’s shell as the main attraction.
This Waluigi refers to himself as Chaos.
Nobody dares to start a revolution to overthrow him. Anyone who even tries to disobey him are swiftly punished.
The Camelot Virus Au
The Waluigi created for 2000’s Mario Tennis was also created as a virus to shut Nintendo down. Camelot Games was a former segment of Sega and they wanted to shut Nintendo down by using their new character.
Fumihide Aoki, the man who created Waluigi, realises what Camelot did to his character and decides to seal the virus away in an N64 in a Nintendo storage room.
Modern Waluigi is created as a replacement so nobody suspects a thing.
N64 Waluigi is violent, has a really bad temper, has sharp teeth, has slit eyes shrouded in darkness and has a deeper and rougher voice than his modern counterpart.
He thinks that his modern counterpart is nothing but a sorry excuse of a villain and an insult to him.
He eventually breaks out thanks to Kit and Krysta doing a nostalgia segment for Waluigi Wednesday and the only way Nintendo can deal with him is to hunt him down in the system. Nintendo releases games in small chunks to prevent the Camelot Virus from spreading.
The new heads of Sega realise the danger when the virus breaks into their server via Mario and Sonic at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. The two game companies have no choice but to work together to get rid of the virus.
The Camelot Virus didn’t even want to do any damage to Nintendo when he was first made. He saw how he was being treated nicely by Wario and how happy everyone was and decided to go against his code. Once he was sealed away he became enraged.
When released he had spent years evolving to the point he could jump console generations and come out of television screens. In the process of coming out of his digital prison he usually makes any and all electronics in the area either glitch and break or display his symbol.
The Camelot Virus is referred to as an ‘it’ by everyone in Nintendo and Sega but refers to itself with he/him pronouns.
The Camelot Virus feels bad for his modern self but at the same time hates him.
