Episode 1c: High Spirits

Episode description: During one afternoon in the absence of adult supervision, the students of class 5-2 soon abandon cleaning their classroom and begin simulating a rock concert using brooms as air guitars, much to Yūki's disappointment.

In homeroom 5-2 the students are cleaning things up. Some are messing around a bit.

'Sorry if this will end up short. I don't really know how to do a long writen part for this adaption of this part of Episode 1.'

Tsubasa, Yuki, and a blonde girl Chika Koizumi are lined up with brooms in their hands.

"Ready...Go!" Chika said, as the three of them swept the floor in a straight line. "I won!"

Aihara was dusting off a chalk eraser with a ruler out the window, not breathing in the fumes. She also saw the dark clouds rolling in. Looks like it's gonna rain. A brown haired girl named Haruka Tanaka came up to the window as well to see how the weather is.

"Seems like it's gonna rain." Haruka said. "Did you bring an umbrella?"

"Yeah." Aihara nodded in response.

Megumi was bringing the trash out, but it was heavy. Thankfully a tomboy girl named Hirikawa Natsumi came to help her.

"I'll help you out." Hirikawa said, helping Megumi.

"Thanks, Natsumi-chan." Megumi said. "Chika-chan!"

"We're gonna throw out the trash!" Hirikawa said.

"Please do so." Chika said.

Asahi and Takumi were dueling each other using their brooms like weapons.

"You've improved!" Asahi said.

"So have you!" Takumi said.

During their duel, Asahi knocked Takumi into Yuki. She turned to face them upset.

"Hey, stop playing around and clean up!" Yuki said.

"Yeah. Knock it off, guys." Dillon said. "We don't wanna make this homeroom more of a mess than it already was."

"Um..." Takumi said.

The four students heard humming as they turned to see Ryouta and Kouji simulating their brooms like guitars. The other boys seem to be intrigued by it as they grouped around the two performers.

"Jeez, what are they doing?" Yuki said.

"That kid Ryouta is doing something stupid again." Chika said.

"It doesn't look that stupid, Chika." Dillon said.

"What are they doing?" Yuki said.

"Isn't it called air guitar?" Chika said.

"But they're using brooms." Yuki said.

"Then, broom guitar?" Chika said, confused.

"I think I did that before when I was a kid." Dillon said, still sweeping up. "That was when my dad taught me and my brother to play real guitar."

Ryouta and Kouji were enjoying their act gaining praise from their classmates.

"Even though it's time to clean, all they're doing is playing around!" Yuki said, upset. "I'm going to yell at them for a bit."

"O-Okay." Chika said, as Yuki went over to the boys.

"This can't be good." Dillon said, as he followed her.

"You two, cut it out!" Yuki said, trying to get them to stop.

She was unfortunately ignored.

"Hey! I'm telling you guys to stop!" Yuki said, trying to get their attention. "Listen to what I'm saying!"
