Episode 9a: Typhoon

Episode description: The students of Class 5-2 attentively watch the TV broadcast on a nearby typhoon in hopes that it will pass over them and cancel afternoon classes, however the storm changes course.

'Enjoy.'

It was a dangerously windy day. Chika and Yuki were just outside the school building, holding their skirts down from the wind in panic.

"What's with this wind?!" Yuki said, worried.

"No!" Chika said, scared.

Aihara walked over from behind them as she spoke.

"The woman on the TV said that the typhoon would land in the afternoon." Aihara said.

"Speaking of which, this is the one that's been on the news..." Chika said.

"Really? That's why no one was here during lunch!" Yuki said.

The girls then noticed Hirikawa was running out on the field.

"Wee! I can run faster than normal!" Hirikawa said, excitedly happy.

"Natsumi-chan..." Yuki said.

"She's energetic." Chika said.

"Where is everyone?" Megumi said, coming over. "I can't look forward!"

Megumi attempted to look up, but quickly back down holding her skirt from blowing.

"Are you okay, Megumi-chan?" Yuki asked.

Megumi was worried.

"Should we go back to the classroom?" Chika asked.

"That's a good idea." Yuki replied.

Chika, Yuki, Megumi, and Aihara went back inside. Hirikawa came in later on.

"My hair's all messy!" Megumi said, worried.

"It would've been a good idea to just hang out quietly today!" Chika said.

"The typhoon with extraordinarily strong force has..." The weathergirl said, from the tv.

"The boys are watching the tv by themselves! The teacher will get mad!" Yuki said.

The boys turned to face the girls.

"Oh, hey girls." Dillon said.

"It's not the time to be worried about that!" Ryouta said.

"That's right! Our bright futures are on the line here!" Kouji said.

"Can the girls not interfere?" Asahi said.

"Yeah! Yeah!" Takumi said.

The girls got a bit nervous when a bunch of the guys were in front of them in anger.

"What's this intensity?" Yuki said, worried.

"Just what're you guys looking at?" Chika asked, walking up to see what the guys were watching.

"The typhoon is still getting stronger! It's getting bigger while it's on the sea!" The weathergirl said worried, as she was blown away.

"People are... flying!" Aihara said.

"I don't think that's it." Megumi said.

"You guys are making a fuss about a typhoon?" Chika said, confused.

"What?!" The guys said, in shock.

"What?" Chika said, worried.

"Did you hear that Mr. Imai? She said 'A fuss about the typhoon!'" Ryouta said.
