Episode 11c: Hair Style

Episode description: Yūki, Megumi, Haruka, and Chika interpret Kazumi coming to school one day with her hair in pigtails as license to stylize their own hair that initiates a competition between the four of them that lasts for over a week.

'Enjoy.'

It was a new day. Aihara was walking to her classroom with her short blonde hair in pigtails. As Aihara walked in, Chika and Yuki turned to see she had arrived and noticed her hair style.

"Kazumi-chan?" Chika said, quietly in shock.

Aihara placed her backpack at her desk and turned to Chika and Yuki.

"Morning." Aihara greeted.

"Morning, Kazumi-chan." Chika said.

"M-Morning." Yuki said.

Megumi, Hirikawa and Haruka walked over to Aihara, admiring her hair style.

"Aihara-san, you changed your hairstyle!" Hirikawa said.

"How cute!" Haruka said.

"Those hair pins are cute too!" Megumi said.

"Yeah!" Hirikawa said.

"It'd be nice if you always did this!" Haruka said.

"Next time, let's try a different hairstyle!" Megumi said, to Haruka.

"That's a good idea!" Haruka said. "You'll look cute for sure!"

Yuki was getting a bit mad. The guys were watching from afar, wondering what was going on.

"Aihara-san, what's up with that hairstyle?" Haruna asked. "How cute!"

"This is quite the troublesome situation, Ryouta-kun." Kouji said.

"Oh? What do you mean, Kouji-kun?" Ryouta asked, spinning a soccer ball on his left hand.

"The fact that Aihara, who had no interest in dressing up, has opened her eyes to hairstyles means..." Kouji explained.

"Opening her eyes means...?" Ryouta said, confused.

"The average hairstyle of the girls in 5-2 is going to rise." Kouji said.

"What?" Ryouta said, as he stopped spinning the ball in his hand.

"Kouji's right, Ryouta. These kinds of things can sometimes get out of hand." Morro said.

"For example, even if someone who usually gets ninety points gets a hundred, the class average won't go up, will it?" Kouji explained.

"Yeah." Ryouta said.

"Then if someone who usually gets thirty points gets seventy, what would happen?" Kouji said.

"Oh! I understand!" Ryouta said, realizing what this means.

Tsubasa was intrigued with what could happen.

"It's the beginning of the 5-2 girls stylish hairstyle upheaval." Kouji said.

Stella clung to Dillon very tight.

"We'd better be prepared for when this happens." Stella said, a bit worried.

"Don't worry, Stella. We will." Dillon said, hugging her.

(The next day...)

Students were arriving at school like normal. Dillon, Stella, Morro, Ryouta, Kouji, and Tsubasa knew that today would be a bit crazy. They had Sora, Kairi, and Aiden come to see for themselves about the situation.

"You guys sure that the girls would start having their hair styled crazy?" Sora asked.

"Yeah. We're sure, daddy." Stella replied.
