Episode description: While in front of a bookstore, Megumi debates over buying one of two volumes of she wants but solves her dilemma when she decides to share the cost of the two volumes with Kazumi. In the same store, Ryōuta's debate on whether or not he will buy magazine meant for young kids containing an action series he wants is resolved toward buying it after seeing Tsubasa do the same.
'Enjoy.'
Megumi was out in town in front of a bookstore. She was trying to figure out which book to buy.
"Who would've thought it would be like this. I was careless. Shoujo Ranger and Marimo-chan." Megumi thought. "Jeez! They're being released at the same time! If I buy the two volumes, I won't be able to buy anything for the rest of the month."
Meanwhile inside the bookstore, Ryouta, Kouji, and Tsubasa were browsing through of what's available. Sora and Kairi were showing Dillon and Aiden around to see if they were interested with any of the manga comics that are for sale. Ryouta was looking at an action comic that's for younger kids.
"Everyone's Six Years Old." Ryouta thought. "Kamendar Third with Bonus Specials."
Ryouta imagined himself as the Kamendar hero from the comic as his thoughts wandered off.
(Ryouta's hero fantasy)
"I'll definitely not let the evil flowers blossom!" Ryouta said.
About a hundred figures in black with mime masks looked over at him as he drew out his sword.
"Here I come!" Ryouta said, charging in.
Ryouta took out all of the henchmen with ease with his blade and other powers.
"As long as evil runs rampant in this world, I will continue to fight!" Ryouta said, as he returned to reality.
(End of fantasy)
'That was a bit weird. But it's how it went in the show.'
"No matter how much I call myself a Kamendar fan... It's printed in a magazine for six year olds..." Ryouta thought. "Will it be a good idea to get it?"
"Woah! There's no way you'd possibly buy that, right?" Kouji said, barging in. "It's designed for first years!"
"Like I'd buy that!" Ryouta said, keeping his cover.
"Here it is! Kamendar Third with Bonus Specials." Tsubasa said, coming over to grab a book.
"Hey, that's for first years!" Kouji said.
"Yeah, I know. But I like Kamendar!" Tsubasa said.
Ryouta and Kouji looked at each other and turned to the Kamendar books again. Dillon and Aiden walked over to see what was happening.
"What are you guys looking at?" Dillon asked.
"Just a book we were gonna buy." Kouji said. "It might be recommended for six year olds, but Tsubasa is getting it."
"We figured we'd get it too." Ryouta said.
"Okay. Well, there's nothing wrong with reading something you like. No matter the recommended grade." Aiden said.
"Ma'am, I would like to buy this." Tsubasa said, at the counter.
Sora and Kairi saw the others were chatting about the Kamendar book, and walked over.
"You guys found something you like?" Sora asked.
"Yup. Even though this comic series is recommended for first years, we don't mind the adventure and action of Kamendar." Kouji said.
