Episode 10a: Warmth

Episode description: The cold weather and Natsumi's complaint of how hot she feels prompts several of the girls in the class to place their cold hands on her face. Ryōuta's disparaging remarks about the girls' conduct diverts their reaching hands to him only to find that all their hands except for Kazumi's have already warmed up.

'Most of Episode 10 takes place in one school day. But there won't be a ranger fight, since I've done a bunch in the past few episodes. Enjoy.'

It was a cold autumn day. Students in class 5-2 were struggling to keep warm. Thankfully, Dillon, Kouji, and Morro were helping out with their ranger powers. Chika arrived at her classroom, and greeted her friends.

"Morning." Chika said, walking over to Yuki and Megumi.

"Morning." Yuki said.

"Morning, Chika-chan." Megumi said.

"Hey, Chika." Morro said.

"It's gotten kind of cold recently, hasn't it?" Chika said.

"It feels just like it's winter, doesn't it?" Yuki said, in agreement.

"Maybe they'll turn on the heater early?" Megumi said.

"Hope so." Morro said.

Yuki shivered and rubbed her arms to keep warm.

"Even it they do, it's seriously cold." Yuki said.

"Well, that's why me, Dillon, and Kouji are using our element stars power to warm the classroom up." Morro said, helping warm up Yuki and Megumi.

Kouji was helping the guys warm up with his lightning energy. Dillon and Stella worked together with fanning the heat towards bigger groups.

"Morning!" A female voice said, from next to the girls and Morro.

They turned to see it was Hirikawa. She had arrived.

"Hey, Hirikawa." Morro greeted.

"What's up, Natsumi-chan?" Chika said.

Hirikawa laughed a little, and spoke.

"I ran from home, all the way to school!" Hirikawa said.

"Natsumi-chan, you're amazing!" Yuki and Megumi said, in amazement and stood up.

"It's hot. It's hot!" Hirikawa said, taking her backpack off her shoulders. "I sweat a lot!"

"Need some help cooling off?" Dillon asked, as he and Stella came over.

Stella fanned Hirikawa, helping her cool down.

"Thanks, guys." Hirikawa said, in relief.

"You're welcome." Stella said.

"She's the only one that feels like it's still summer, isn't she?" Chika said.

"I'm kind of jealous..." Megumi said.

"Well, at least she doesn't have to deal with the cold temperature." Morro said.

"Oh, that's right!" Yuki said, walking over to Hirikawa. "Natsumi-chan!"

"What?" Hirikawa asked.

Yuki put her hands up to Hirikawa's face as she felt a shock up her spine. She dropped to her knees, trying to keep warm.

"Cold! What are you trying to do?" Hirikawa said.

Yuki giggled a little, as she explained what she was doing.

"I thought I'd warm myself by putting my hands on you, Natsumi-chan." Yuki explained, as Hirikawa was shocked.

"This is not gonna end well, is it?" Morro said, as Dillon shook his head.
