The jet lands at an airport and Happy gets me a taxi to take me to my hotel.

"Thank you, Happy." I give him a hug.

"And this is why I like you." He says as he hugs me back.

I get in the taxi and wave to him as it drives away. When we reach the hotel I pay the guy and walk in and get settled. My room is on the fourth floor. The hotel is really nice. Maybe Tony isn't all that mad at me anymore. I ride the elevator up to my floor and find my room. The room is like any other hotel room I'm used to. Twin beds, desk, minifridge, and even a safe. I put my luggage on the other bed and sit down on the other one.

I take out my phone, the one Tony had given me, and I look through it til I find Steve's number. I stare at his name trying to think of a way to tell him I'm here and need to see him when it starts to ring. I let out a yelp and answer it.

"Hello?"

"Hey, it's Steve. Tony said that you needed to see me?" I hear Steve's voice on the other end.

I let out a small laugh. "Um yeah. I'm currently In DC right now to see you."

"Yeah Tony said so. I'm on my way to meet you." He says.

"Ok. I'll meet you downstairs then." I hang up and make sure I have the key to my room and Loki's dagger I head downstairs.

It isn't long until I hear the sound of a motorcycle and look to see Steve coming my way. He stops in front of me and hands me a helmet.

"Need a ride?" He asks.

I take the helmet and put it on. "Sure. Though I may squeeze you to death on that." I say, hoping the helmet hides my blush at that.

Steve chuckles and I get on behind him. I wrap my arms around him as he takes off. I do eventually get the nerve to look around and watch the buildings pass by. Steve pulls up in front of another building and I follow him inside and up the stairs. As we are walking up the stairs I see someone else coming down.

It's Sharon. She smiles at Steve and then looks at me. I'm not a big fan of her but I smile at her anyway. Her smile fades into a questioning look when she's passed Steve but I shake my head at her.

Steve opens the door to his apartment and he lets me enter first.

"Nice apartment." I say, looking around.

"Thanks. Hey, when Tony called he sounded kind of mad."

I flinch and look down. "Yeah, that would be because of me." I look up to see Steve looking at me questioningly. I shake my head. "I told him the truth about something. Anyway, back to you. Tell me, have you met Sam yet?"

He looks at me and raises an eyebrow. "Sam?"

"I'll take it, that means no. Sam Wilson. He's great. He becomes an Avenger and you should be meeting him soon."

Steve is quiet for a minute. "Has Tony gotten used to you knowing things?"

I shrug. "I know it can be a little freaky hearing someone tell you what's going to happen. And I know I'm not all that trustworthy sounding..."

Steve interrupts me. "You just told me someone else becomes an Avenger. That sounds a little trustworthy to me."

I smile. "Thanks Steve."

Steve walks into the living room and sits down in a chair and I follow him and sit down on the couch.

"So is that all you came to tell me?" He asks.

I shake my head. "Nope It's time for your second movie, Captain America and The Winter Soldier. And it's a good thing you're sitting down."

Steve furrows his brow. "What do you mean?"
