The Avengers: Age of Ultron part 5

Clint lands the jet in Seoul and the rest of the Avengers get off. Loki and Finn stay back with Finn and Kari giving each other a quick kiss and hug. Loki squeezes my hand.

"Stay with Barton?" He pleads.

I nod. He opens his mouth as if to say something else but quickly closes it, squeezes my hand again, then leaves with Finn. Kari and I watch them leave until Clint closes up the back of the jet. I sit down in the seat next to Clint.

"Thought Loki hated humans." He says.

I open my mouth to answer but Kari beats me to it.

"Prince Loki only hates most humans. Some he likes more."

I can feel a blush go over my face. No, there's nothing more to it. I'm just nice to him is all. There's no way Loki could like me like that. I think to myself.

"Seriously? Where was this when he was trying to take over Earth?"

I sigh. "Loki was being mind controlled as much as you were. If Loki had really wanted to take over the Earth, he would've easily won. He's never wanted to rule Earth or Asgard."

"Ultron has the Cradle!" Steve's voice comes over the comms.

"It's going to be in a truck." I say as we start scanning the streets. "There! That one!" I point to the semi truck.

Clint scans the truck to see the Cradle and a few Robots in it.

"Found it, white semi with blue cab." He calls out over the comm. "So you really know what's going to happen? Creepy."

I smile at him. "Want me to go real creepy? How's the wife and kids?"

"Yep, that's creepy." He says and I chuckle.

"Uh, I have the Cradle but the truck is airborne." Natasha yells.

"You're going to have to open the back of the jet so she and the Cradle can fall into it." I tell Clint.

Clint sucks in a breath. "You hear that Nat?"

"That was my plan." She says.

"Never going to get used to this." Clint says as he maneuvers the jet.

I stand up and step next to Kari.

"We need to be ready to grab her quickly, or one of the Robots will grab her."

Kari nods and we both stand ready. The back of the jet opens and we can see Natasha holding onto the Cradle in the truck. As soon as she sees us she begins to fall towards the jet. Kari and I stand on either side and quickly grab onto her as she lands.

A robot grabs her and tries to make off with her but with the help of Kari's Asgardian strength, we are able to keep it from taking Natasha. Natasha twists and is able to drive one of her knives into the skull of the Robot, rendering it lifeless. I kick it out of the jet.

"Well that's one down." Kari says Clint closes the jet.

"Now we've got to get this to Tony and Bruce." I tell Clint and Natasha.

"Is having a Robot on the team really a good idea?" Clint asks.

"Vision? He's awesome! And funny. I mean, he may be a real life Chobit but he's still an Avenger." I smile. "And we're going to need his help in the upcoming fight in Sokovia."

I hope Fury has gotten the Helicarrier up and has started to evacuate people. Clint lands the jet and both Tony and Bruce run out.

"About time you got here. Taking a pleasure cruise?" Tony quips as he grabs the Cradle.

"No, that would be something you would do." I answer him.

The rest of us help wheel the Cradle into Dr. Cho's office. Bruce and Tony begin with finishing the build of the body and putting JARVIS inside.

"Thor should be showing up soon." I say quietly.

The others return as well. Steve looks at the Cradle with a little bit of skepticism on his face. Kari runs over to Finn and checks over him. Luckily, his Einherjar armor has kept him from any serious harm. Loki walks over to me. He has a scratch on his forehead.

"You're hurt." I say.

"It'll heal." Is all he says.

I roll my eyes and grab an alcohol wipe. Good thing we're in a Dr.'s office I think as I open it and take the wipe out.

"At least let me clean it so it doesn't get infected." I look up at him and pout. "Will you please sit down?"

He smirks but sits down on a nearby chair. I gently rub the wipe over the small cut. I know it has to sting but he doesn't flinch. Then, just because I can, I put a bandaid over it. His smirk falls into a frown but he doesn't take it off.

Thor appears soon after and walks over to the Cradle. Summoning a bolt of lightning, he brings his hammer down onto the Cradle. Jumpstarting Vision. The lid flies off and Vision sits up and looks at everyone before flying off only to stop at the window.

He summons his clothes and lands beside Thor. He looks at the god and makes a cape appear on his body.

"My apologies. That was most unbecoming." Vision says.

I can't stop smiling. So far everything is working out. Now we just need to head to Sokovia and keep Ultron from lifting it up into the air. And I need to keep Pietro from dying along with Zemo's family from dying as well.

"Alright then, I suggest we head off to Sokovia." Steve says and everyone nods.

Everyone begins to leave.

"Hey Gryffindor, come here." Tony says.

I walk over to him and he holds up a USB labeled FRIDAY. I grin as he begins to upload the new AI.

"Wanted you to be the first to see her." He says.

"Thank you." I smile at him.

With that done, we exit the building and load up into the jet. My heart begins to pound as Clint takes off and we fly to Sokovia.
