The tower is full of journalists and news reporters for the press conference. I am currently in Loki's bedroom helping him get ready. Tony had told him to look nice so Loki had chosen to wear a suit.

"You're staring, Pet." He turns to face me, a smirk on his face.

I blush but don't look away. "I'm sorry, but you look so good in that suit." It is, of course, a certain black suit he's wearing.

He smiles and walks over to me and wraps his arms around me, giving me a deep kiss. "Do I need to change to a different suit then?"

I shake my head. "No, this one is perfect." I pull him down into a kiss again.

I feel a slight tingle over my body and I pull away from Loki to see that I am now in a black dress. The long sleeves are made of lace and the dress ends mid thigh. I even had on a pair of simple black heels.

"I thought we should match, so to speak." Loki says, looking me up and down.

"Loki, this dress is beautiful!" I exclaim, still looking over the dress.

He cups my chin and tilts my head up.

"Only the best for my Little One." He kisses me again.

I moan into the kiss as his hands wrap around me again with one hand slowly going down to cup my ass. We've only just started dating or courting so we haven't slept together yet, and while I am content to take things slow for now, I can't help but want things to move a little bit faster.

A knock at the door interrupts us.

"Come in." Loki sighs.

Kari and Finn open the door. Finn is also wearing a suit.

"Wow, Finn. You clean up nice." I tease him.

"Thank you, My Lady." He blushes and Kari laughs.

Kari looks good as well. She is wearing a pink chiffon dress that comes to her knees.

"My Lady, you look good." She says.

I smile at her. "Thank you. It helps when you're dating a powerful sorcerer."

Loki pinches my ass and I squeak.

"Careful, Pet. I can just as easily leave you in a towel." He warns.

I shrug but give him a small smile.

"Are we ready, then?" Finn asks.

We all nod and then make our way to the elevators. Tony greets us on the bottom floor where the conference is going to be held. Steve and Natasha are also here.

"I'll start the conference and then you two will take questions from the press. We'll all be standing behind you." Tony looks at me and Kari. "You two will be up on stage as well."

I raise an eyebrow. "I thought we were going to be in the back watching. The stage is for the Avengers."

Tony rolls his eyes. "And you're one of them."

I blink. "What?"

Tony lets out an exasperated sigh and Loki wraps an arm around me. "You're an Avenger, Pet." He kisses the top of my head.

"But I can't do anything or...or fight or cast magic." There's no way I'm an Avenger.

"Gryffindor, you've been one for years. Did you really not know?" Tony smirks at me.

I'm too stunned to answer. Tony shakes his head and motions for us to follow him. Now my heart is beating fast. I wasn't nervous before but now I am even though I'm not the one that will have to talk today.

We enter the room to see several rows of chairs filled with people. There are some cameras in the back.

"Don't worry My Lady. Everything will be alright." Kari whispers to me as Loki and Finn stand behind Tony. "Finn was so nervous he could barely get dressed. This isn't something that he's used to."

I take her hand and squeeze it. "Is he ok?" I wasn't nervous about Loki. He's a Prince. Speaking publicly is something he was raised to do.

"I think he's fine now. We'll see how everything goes." She shrugs.

Tony begins talking to the press. How Loki came to be on Earth after trying to take over it without going into too much detail. Then the questions started. Tony points to a young man on the front row.

"This question is for Mr. Finn, what exactly did you do on Asgard?" The young man asks.

I can tell Finn is very nervous and I feel bad for him. This wasn't something that he signed up for when he was picked to watch over Loki. Finn clears his throat before speaking.

"I am an Einherjar, one of Asgard's soldiers. We protect not only the realm but the royal family and the citizens as well." Finn answers.

Kari lets out a small sigh of relief. Next an older man stands up.

"This question is for Loki. Do you feel any sort of remorse for the lives lost in the battle of New York?"

I suck in a breath.

"I have had a lot of time to think about what I had done and I do feel sorrow for the innocent lives that I cost. I know that my apology will never be enough to the families of those people but I will strive to make up for the wrong that I have caused."

Natasha leans over to me. "Spoken like a true politician. All bullshit."

I bite back a laugh. "He is a Prince. And known as the Silvertongue for a reason." I whisper back.

There are some more questions asked. A younger blonde woman stands up.

"This question is for the both of you. Are you both single?"

Kari tenses and I frown. This bitch I think.

Tony steps up before either of them can answer.

"Please keep the questions professional. But for the record they are both happily taken."

I don't miss the emphasis he puts on the word happily. I nudge Kari with my arm and she smiles back at me. There are a few more questions answered before Tony wraps up the conference by announcing that Loki and Finn are officially Avengers. We all clap for them and Loki steps back to me, offering his arm to me. I take it and we walk off the stage. We walk into a smaller room and Finn collapses into a chair. Kari rubs his back.

Poor guy

Steve holds out his hand to Loki.

"Welcome to the team." He says.

Loki takes his hand and they both shake. I take his other hand and smile up at him. He looks down at me and smiles back.

"Alright! Touchy feely moment over. Get back to packing!" Tony orders.

Tomorrow is our last day in the Tower.
