"You don't love him Nancy! You know that as much as I do! He's hurting, let him go. Just admit that you're in love with Johnathan and let Steve go." Rose doesn't know why she's fighting so hard for this. Nancy huffs out a breath of air...

The smoke reaches them causing them all to start coughing. The smoke clears revealing the black blood, and sludge melted onto the trap.
"Whered it go?" Nancy questions bending down to see the trap.
"Gone." Rose whispered, Steve hears her, repeating what she said to the group. Rose weakly looks up from Steve's shoulder hearing the clicks. The lights by the door go on, and they continue to flicker on all the way toward Wills room. "Guys." Rose clears her throat. Her eyes following the lights. The three all look up and begin to back away. Steve tugs on Roses arm, careful not to make her stumble.
The lights make a trail above them then stop. Rose can't help but weakly smile. Her blood falling onto her lip and into her teeth, she tastes the metal on her tongue.
"Its them." Rose breaks away from Steve, leaving his warmth and smell of cologne. She braces herself on the wall watching the lights turn and walk away.
"Wait, Who?" Nancy asks following the girl.
"Joyce and Hopper." Rose whispers following the lights. Johnathan runs over walking beside the girl. His eyes trained up.
"Mom." He whispers. Rose smiles weakly at him. The lights go out the front door, and into the street. Rose steps out into the chill dark night following the lights. The street lights flip on, and continue down whereever the two were going.
"They're okay." Rose lets out a sigh of relief. Rose breathes in the fresh air, relief filling her body. Rose doesn't hear it at first but Johnathan does. He turns back inside to answer the phone.
"Rose." He calls, the girl turns confused and walks back inside. He shuggs his shoulders and hands her thebphone. The other two come back inside, Steve shutting the door.
Rose puts the phone up to her ear.
"Hello?"
"Nine, hello again." Rose freezes, her heart feeling like it stop. The blood drains from her face. "Yes, I've known you were here. I'm so happy you made it out of the dimension. I just wanted to let you know that Eleven will be back in our care. She's at the school yes? Don'tworry we will take great care of her."
"You son of a bitch! Brenner! Stay away from her, stay the fu-" The line goes dead, the buzzing filling her ears. Rose screams slamming the phone into the wall. Her chest heaves.
"What happened?" Steve asked, his arms crossed over his chest. Rose doesn't look at him. She simply leaves. She storms out the door running to Steve's car. He was dumb enough to leave the keys in the ignition. Steve runs after her pounding on the window. She locks the doors, turning on the car.
Shes acting in a haze. Steve is yelling outside the window but she doesn't hear. She just puts the car in reverse and slams on the gas. All that left is a cloud of dust in her wake.
