Rose sat beside Will as the others were talking to Dr Owens. Rose had her head leaning against the wall, Will was swinging his feet in the chair, his eyes glued to the floor.

"Have you seen it?" Rose picks up her head, looking over at the boy.

"Seen what?" He doesn't look over to meet her eyes.

"That thing."

"Yeah, yeah I have." She glances over at the closed door, and then up in the hallway where the camera blinks. She can only assume they have audio.

"What does it want?"

"I dont know, but whatever it is it isn't good." She saw no reason in lying to him, he was in as much danger as she was.

"When I said that it wanted to kill...everyone.." He trials off meeting her eyes, he licks his lips letting out a shaky breath. "I feel like....like it wanted you first." Rose can't hide her shock, of course it does. Rose wraps her arm around the boy shoulder brining him into a side hug.

"It'll be okay." She lied.

Joyce looked back at Jim.

"So what does this mean for the kids? They'll have more episodes, more nightmares?"

"Yeah that. Maybe some personality changes. They might get irritable, they might lash out. She may lose control of her powers." Sam squeezes his stress ball.

"What do we do when that happens?" Joyce asked.

"Okay, well, from what we know about PTSD. And, were still learning okay? Just treat them normally. Be patient, don't pressure them to talk. Let them lead the way." Joyce shakes her head, rubbing her hands on her thighs.

"What you're saying is that it's going to get worse, and worse and were just supposed to pretend like nothing is happening?"

"Doc, last time Rose went under she barely made it out. Seven minutes. Seven minutes she was stuck there. You can be expecting us to sit around watch, maybe grab a beer and treat it like entertainment?" Jim was expecting Owens to help, give them a real solution, not tell them to wait it out while those kids are in pain. Ownes holds out his hand.

"I know it sounds counterintuitive. But, with Rose, her powers are....based on her emotions. When she gets scared they will flare up and become even more unpredictable then what they are now. She could become dangerous if you were to corner her with all this information. She's strong - as is Will - but its too big of a risk. I assure you, its the best thing you can do for either of them." The pair falls silent, unable to truly grasp what Ownes is telling them. Ownes sets down his rubber ball leaning in his chair.

"Listen, I understand what you went through last year. I get it. But those people are gone. They're gone, okay. I told Rose the same thing, this place isn't the same like it was last year. So, if were going to get thought this, I just...I need you to realize that I'm on your side. I need you to trust me." He tries to assure them, and convince them to trust him and his words.
