IN WHICH...
"You don't love him Nancy! You know that as much as I do! He's hurting, let him go. Just admit that you're in love with Johnathan and let Steve go." Rose doesn't know why she's fighting so hard for this. Nancy huffs out a breath of air...

Rose would swear that her stomach physically dropped when she could see the lab in the distance. Jeans body was still just laying there. Jim pulled up the driveway, Eleven still holding onto Roses hand.
"Jim...we need to get her out." Jim turned off the engine sighing out.
"We will." Rose didn't have time to talk herself out of it. She pushed the door open Eleven hopping out after her.
"I hate this fucking place." Rose stared up at the blinking lights in some of the rooms. Her stomach filled with dark butterflies. Her and Eleven were just staring up at it. This was the first time El has been back since she escaped. Jim loaded his shotgwalking ng over to them.
"You let me and Rose do all the heavy lifting up front okay?" He gave a nod to Rose, who weakly nodded back. "Save your strength until were below." Jim looked over at the two girls, the same expression spread across their faces.
"You girls okay?" Rose clenched her jaw looking back at the building. Hot steam rising up from below, the red glowing lightnfloowidng out. Rose walked forward, not able to give him an honest answer that wouldn't result in him telling her to stay back.
Rose couldn't tell if she was breathing when she got to the door. Even Jim wasn't ready for it. He had to be, there wasn't a second option. Eleven stood beside Rose, Jim putting a hand onto her shoulder. Roses breathing was speeding up.
"Don't look okay? Just try not to." He said down to her. Rose just felt her breathing, and the sting of tears.
Rose sucked in a breath tugging the door open. Rose forced her eyes down to the tiled floor. Jim had Eleven do the same when she wasn't fully understanding why. Jim himself tried not to look. But he smelt it, he saw it out if the corner of his eye.
Rose saw the dead dogs piled around the door where she killed them with a single bullet. Rose looked up freezing. Jeans body was right behind her. Jim walked up to her pushing Eleven forward.
"We'll get her back. She won't be left here." He assured her, his hand urging her forward on her shoulder. Rose pursed her lips, jumping when Hop slammed the door shut. Rose looked behind her seeing the broken wood where the dogs first broke through.
It was when the demodogs roared from somewhere in the lab, that she forced her eyes back forward.
"Stay behind me." Eleven stayed as she was told walking closely behind Jim. Rose followed behind, the anxiety in her only spiking the more they walked.
Rose lost count of how many dead bodies there were. Trails of blood lined the wall, it was the second massacre to happen in this lab.
Roses converse squeaked in the floor, she looked down seeing the pool of blood at her feet. The top of her converse splattered red. Rose chewed on the inside of her cheek walking again. Jim swung around every corner ready to fire.
