a huge , shiny black car drove up to them and Emily looked up to see the tinted window slightly go down to reveal Pedri's face.

"hi , i'm here" he said and then they saw Ansu's face pop out of the window. "and me" he said. Gavi popped out from the back too. "and me" he said.

Delfi put an arm around Emily and after a last look at Enzo and Amelia - who were enjoying thenselves in conversations - she decided to climb into the back.

she still couldn't get over what Amelia asked her. wanting to get free tickets is one thing, but talking about her dead mother was something else.

"you okay?" Gavi asked as he looked at the girl. she nodded her head , not wanting to say anything.

"who was it? was it Enzo? or that girl you brought to the stadium?" Pedri asked with a raised brow.

"try both of them" Delfina said , chewing her gum with a scowl. "i kind of liked her in the beginning but now she's just a puta" Delfina continued.

"do you guys want to go home?" Ansu asked and Delfina shook her head. "it's just 9 , we can go home later" she said.

"you hungry?" Gavi asked Emily after he noticed how silent she was. "uhm...no thanks" she said , even though she was starving.

"hey Pedri , stop at a restaurant. Emily's hungry" Pablo said , not paying her any mind. "but i'm not" Emily said and Gavi gave her a look.

"okay , you want something too Delfi?" he asked her and she nodded her head.

"hey i have a better idea" Ansu piped up. "let's go buy snacks and stuff and have a movie night at Pedri's" he suggested.

"that sounds fun , right?" Gavi asksd Emily who just nodded her head. "yeah sure" she said , her mind elsewhere.

he knew she didn't want to talk about it , so he just left it as they drive towards the local supermarket.

once Gavi , Pedri and Ansu got their hoodies on for disguises , they all exited the car and walked into the supermarket.

"i'll go with Pedri to get the ice cream" Delfi said. "and i'll go get the drinks" Ansu said and they all walked through the aisles , leaving both Gavi and Emily alone.

"let's go get chips" he said and she followed him down one of the aisles. "do you want to talk about it?" he asked her and Emily just scanned her eyes through the several flavours of chips.

"she made a comment about my mom. wanting me to choose between her and Anto" Emily said and grabbed two flavours of chips and pushing it into Gavi's hand.

there was a silence over them for a little while. "and Enzo? what's the deal with him?" Gavi asked as he looked through the other chips.

"i guess he still wants to be friends wuth her" Emily said.

"don't worry. me , Pedri , Ansu and Delfi will cheer you up" he said wth a grin and she frowned. "how?"

Gavi shrugged at the question before turning to her. "call Leo and tell him you're with us" he said.

Emily whipped out her phone and scrolled through her contact list.

"Em?" Leo asked through the phone. "hey Leo i just want to let you know that me and Delfi are with Pedri , Gavi and Ansu" she said.

"aren't you guys at the party? where's Enzo?" Leo asked through the phone ,concerned. "we left a bit early. Enzo is still there" Emily replied.

"what do you mean? and why are you with them anyway?" Leo asked again and Gavi took the phone out of Emily's hand.
