Emily just gave Enzo a glare and he sighed and walked to the table , holding Emily's hand. there was a total of 5 people sitting on the table , Emily and Enzo excluded.

all Emily wanted to do right now was go home and maybe cuddle with Hulk. she hadn't even texted Delfi yet because she was actually scared of how she would react if she heard where Emily was.

Delfi always just wanted what's best for Emily.

Emily put on a stiff smile once they reached the table and Sebastian broke out into a smile and bro hugged Enzo.

"you guys made it. i take it this is Emily - Messi's daughter" Sebastian said with an excited smile and shook Emily's hand while the girl felt awkward.

"yes , but i'm just Emily" she said and Sebastian turned to his head. "this is Carla , Manny , Marco , Val and Amelia" he said , introducing them to each other.

"oh yeah we know each other" Amelia said with a sweet smile and the air grew thick - even Sebastian felt it.

"how? If i may ask..." he trailed off and Amelia stared at Emily with a fake smile. "school. we were best friends once" she said and Emily silently scoffed.

"i wouldn't go so far as best friends, but we knew each other" Emily spoke. Enzo cleared his throat and pulled out a chair for Emily and she sat down.

Enzo sat down next to his girlfriend and Sebastian called the waitress over . "anything to drink?" she asked.

both Enzo and Emily ordered their can of cokes just for the time being while the others ordered expensive drinks.

"so , Emily...how does it feel being Lionel Messi's daughter?" Manny asked her and she stopped opening her can of coke while looking at Enzo from the corner of her eyes.

"it's...normal i guess?" Emily said. she was never in this situation. "girl , nothing about that is normal. your father is the greatest footballer ever , your stepmother looks like a supermodel and you're crazy rich. nothing about that is normal..." Carla said flicking her blonde hair over her shouler.

"yeah well , i'm not rich , my father is. and yes , for me it's normal so i don't really know how to answer that" Emily said with a shaky laugh.

Enzo poured the coke into a glass of ice and handed it to Emily before looking at his friends. "okay , that's enough of her family" Enzo said , trying to dismiss the topic, but the friends didn't seem to want to.

"why? we have a legend's daughter at our table. do you know how my father would freak out when he knows that i'm friends with Leo Messi's duaghter?" Marco asked with wide eyes.

Emily scrunched her face up. she was never friends with them in the first place.

she saw Val let out an annoyed sigh. "guys , if she diesn't want to talk about it , don't force her to. you guys barely know her and suddenly you claim to be her friends." Val said , shaking her head.

Manny rolled his eyes. "stop being jealous because we have a new friend an we actually like them" Manny said , causing Carla , Amelia and Marco to snicker.

Emily saw how Vale's face turned red in embarrasment and she tried to hide it by drinking her water. Emily turned to Enzo. "i don't think i like this" she whispered to him and before he could say anything , Amelia spoke up.

Amelia was oddly quiet the whole time and was just staring at the couple. "you know Enzo , you would look good with a new hair cut" she said , staring at his wild curls.
