they were all finally back in Barcelona after celebrating Valentina's birthday. it was very emotional for Emily to leave both pairs of her grandparents behind , but she knew it had to be done.

she was currently , sitting in her backyard and since it was a Sunday afternoon , Enzo took the day off and flew to her on Saturday , after the game.

he was currently on his phone while Emily was sitting on a beach chair , drinking a red slushie. Enzo had apologised for hanging out with Amelia several times and even though Emily had forgiven him , she was still skeptical about it.

Mateo and Thiago were running around with the dogs and Ciro was eating the fingerbites that Anto had made for them.

Enzo looked up from his phone. "hey, i have to ask a question" he said and Emily raised her brows. "so i have been invited to hang out with my friend Seb this afternoon. want to join?" he asked.

Emily narrowed her eyes as she looked at her boyfriend. "Seb as in Sebastian Martinez? as in...Amelia's friend?" she asked with a raised brow.

"yeah but , we're not hanging out with her , just with Seb and some others" Enzo said , and Emily sighed. "Enzo , we already had this conversation. how are you going to invite me to hang out with them when you knew where me and Amelia stand with each other?"

Enzo scratched the back of his neck. "i couldn't say no to them." he said and Emily scoffed. "but you could say no to me when i asked you to come to Rosarío" she said and took her slushie , drinking from the straw.

"i thought we were over that and i thought i apologised" Enzo spoke , putting his phone next to him. "please just come with me. and if they start things , i promise i won't ever bring you or go around them anymore" he said.

Emily sighed and stared at him. "fine , but only this once. and don't you dare leave me alone with them" she said and he smiled instantly.

he walked over to her and pecked her cheek. "ew" they heard Mateo say and they chuckled. "when should we go?" Emily asked with a sigh and stood up from the beach chair.

"in half an hour if that's okay" Enzo said ,smiling sheepishly. Emily rolled her eyes. "fine , okay. i'll just ask my dad" she spoke and walked into the house.

Leo had an off day because he had been training and playing games ever since they came back from Rosarío.

Emily walked into the livingroom where Leo was laying wuth Hulk. "hey papa ,is it okay if i go hang out with Enzo and a few friends in 30 minutes?"

Leo scowled and sighed. "only if you have your location on and you're back in two hours because Neymar and some other people are coming around" he spoke and Emily's eyes lit up.

"Neymar? he's in Barcelona? i thought he had a game today" Emily spoke. the two of them — Neymar and Emily — had built a bond since the last time they had seen each other.

Leo shook his head. "they did but the club canceled it for some reason , so now Ney have two days off and he arrived earlier today" Leo explained.

"don't worry , i'll be back in time. if not , earlier" Emily said and stood up from the couch. she walked back where Enzo was , sitting on his phone.

"my dad said yes. i'm going to get ready" Emily said and Enzo nodded his head with a smile. Emily walked back inside and walked up to her room.

it was a little warm inside her room , so she turned on the AC. Emily put her clothes out which consisted of some black leggings , a white Nike crewneck and some Nike sneakers.

she showered and did her stuff for about 10 minutes and got dressed. she walked out of her bathroom and into her room to find Enzo laying on his stomach on her bed , scrolling through his phone.

"i'm ready" Emily spoke and put her black hair in a high ponytail before putting on lipgloss and taking her phone.

she was still getting used to the feeling of having all these clothes and jewelry that Anto got for her , but she wasn't complaining since Anto had good style.

Enzo stood up and straightened his t shirt before kissing her on the cheek and they both walked downstairs.

"we're on the way" Emily said and Anto came out from the kitchen. "location?" she asked and Emily nodded her head.

Anto just smiled and kissed her forehead. "be safe and don't be home late" she said and both of them nodded their heads.

Leo walked into the room to join their conversation. "i'll let Sergio drive you and please be carefull on the streets" he said ,kissing Emily's forehead. Emily was loving all the affection they were giving her and she broke into a smile.

Emily was getting a lot of attention now. not just fron the streerts , but from the media as well. there were stil a lot of peopl who recognised her and requested to follow her on social media and she was glad she made her account private before anyone really knew her.

Emily and Enzo exited the house and entered the car. "where are we meeting them?" Emily asked Enzo as she strapped her seatbelt on.

"in the restaurant where we always hang out" Enzo said and Emily just laid her head back into the seat.

Enzo was on his phone , texting Sebastian and telling them that they were on their way.

the car soon came to a stop and Emily realised that they were in front of the restaurant. Enzo exited the car , followed by Emily.

"don't leave me with them" she said and he smiled. "i won't. " he grabbed her hand and they both walked inside.

almost immediately ,they spotted some teenagers sitting in the back. Emily spotted Sebastian's brown hair and radiant smile but she sighed deeply once she saw Amelia sitting on the table aswell.

"you've got to be kidding me"
