they were all currently back at the house after leaving Delfi's party. Neymar noticed Emily being quiet the whole ride back and grew concerned. Leo tried to talk to her too , but she assured him that she was fine.

"are you sure you're okay?" Neymar asked Emily as he threw his arm around her shoulder. Emily glanced up at him. "I'm sure. I'm just tired and all i want to do is sleep" Emily said — which was not a lie.

"just know that you can always talk to your favourite uncle" Neymar said with a proud look on his face. "Luis is my favourite uncle" Emily joked , causing Neymar to suck his teeth.

"stop lying , we both know you're lying" he said , causing Emily to chuckle. "okay , you're my favourite uncle" she spoke and he smiled at her smiling.

"see? there's the smile we all missed tonight. go take a good nap and be refreshed" Neymar spoke and they engulfed each other in a hug.

"thank you , and goodnight Ney" she spoke and he nodded his head as she walked upstairs towards her room.

as soon as Emily entered her room , she threw her purse on the bed and took her shoes off. it grew kinda cold in the night and she put on her heater in the room.

she walked towards her closet that had her clothes in and pulled out a white Nike cropped tank top and some Chanel sweatpants and put them on the bed.

she took off all her make up infront of the dresser and a knock came from the door. "come in" she spoke and the door opened to reveal Delfi , Lorea , Anto and Sofi.

"is this a good time?" Anto asked and Emily nodded her head and put on some serum. "I was about to change but you guys can come in" Emily said.

"how about we have a girls night tonight? i'll get the air matresses for us and we can all chill in here?" Delfi suggested and Emily smiled.

"sure i'm up for it" Emily spoke and they all smiled before going out of the room , leaving Emily to get dressed in the comfortable clothes.

Emily knew that she had to talk to them about her feelings and to say that she was scared , was an understatement.

she put her black hair in a bun and sat criss-cross on her bed , with her phone in her hand. she found herself looking at Gavi's contact and cursed herself before exiting the app and locking her phone.

the girl walked towards her suitcase and pulled out her journal that had her initials on and sat infront of her dresser. Emily decided to write to her mother while she waited on the others to come.

writing in a journal and writing to her mother felt so good to her , even if it was just venting about her day.

she opened her jewelry case and took out the golden locket that held the picture of her and her mom. she clasped the locket around her neck and opened her journal.

she took out her black pen and began to write...

Dear mami

today was my bestfriend's birthday and i was so grateful to spend it with her. i wish you were here. I missed you so much. you would've loved Delfi. she's so funny and supportive and she's like the sister i never had. i miss you like crazy. there's not a day that goes by without me thinking about you.

Emily took a breath , feeling her throat aching and she swallowed her tears before continuing.

I like this boy. it's someone i shouldn't like. he's such a good person and if it was any other person , i would've went for it. but it's him and i can't. sure i have Antonella , Delfi and aunt Sofi to help me out , but i just really need your advice , mami.

i never knew how much i need you and your advice until you were no longer here. it broke my heart to wake up every single day, knowing i won't hear your voice or see your smile and knowng that you won't ever see me again.

Emily couldn't stop it and just let the tears fall onto the journal as she began to write

I remember talking to you ever single day and then one night it just went quiet. i just want to see you again. just once more,mami.

Emily was interrupted by the bedroom door opening and she hastily wiped away her tears. Anto noticed and put the bags on Emily's bed before walking over to Emily.

"Em? are you okay?" Anto asked and Emily nodded her head, her eyes glossy from the remaining tears. "i-i'm fine. I was just writing to mami for a second" she spoke and wiped under her eyes.

Anto pulled Emily up to stand infront of her and wrapped her arms around the girl. "please don't cry. I know you miss her..." Anto said and that made Emily cry even harder and she pulled Anto closer to her.

"i just want to see her again. and listen to her voice and advice" Emily spoke and Anto nodded her head , stroking her stepdaughter's hair.

"i know. i know it's hard , Em. but i think Valentina would be proud of you and i know she's watching over you and your safety" Anto said and Emily nodded her head and pulled away from the hug.

"come on , sit down" Anto said ,pointing towards the bed. she closed Emily's journal and joined her on the bed , putting the bag of snacks on the floor.

soon , the others came into the room with extra blankets and the air matresses and played it in the spacious room. Sonia was fast asleep in her room while Rafa was out and Carol was back in Brazil.

"let's put on some music" Sofi said and Emily nodded her head before handing the phone towards the blonde woman , letting her play some soft Dpanish music.

Emily was under the covers , while Anto was sitting next to her. Lorea and Delfi was sitting on the bed next to Sofi, all just eating some of the sushi that Lorea had brought with her.

"so , do you ant to talk about it?" Sofi asked. she knew exactly what happened since she walked into the bathroom right after Emily had told Anto and Anto informed her of everything.

Lorea didn't know who Gavi was , just by seeing him on the interent , so she didn't actually know what was going on.

"i don't but i have to" Emoly spoke , dipping the sushi in some sauce and biting a piece of it. "yeah what are you going to do? are you going to tell him?" Lorea asked , eating her food.

"or going to avoid?" Delfi asked as she stared at her best friend. "i can't avoid him. he's my friend and he's Pedri's friend and we all know Pedri would never leave me as a friend" Emily said.

Anto nodded her head. "they've all grown very attached to you" she spoke because it was true. Pedri was like Emily's older brother that she never had.

Anto got some of the steaming dumplings and took one out before passing the rest around. "i knownwhat i'm going to do. i'm going to do nothing" Emily spoke and Delfi frowned.

"how does that solve anything?" she asked and Emoly shrugged before swallowing her food. "it doesn't. i won't say anything to him. we can just be normal" she said and Delfi sighed.

"okay , well you two can't date." Delfi said and that caused Lorea to frown since she didn't know what the problem was. "not only is he Leo's teammate and Leo will strip once he knows , but Gavi's also turning 18 in two months" Delfi spoke.

Emily took a deep breath and turned her face towards Delfi. "don't you think i know that , Delfi? that's the whole reason why i won't tell him anything" Emily spoke and ate more food.

"wow , so he'll be legal and then you won't have a chance with him at all?" Lorea asked frowning and Emily nodded her head.

"yes and it sucks but there's nothing i can do about it" Emily spoke and they all nodded their heads. "you'll be fine , amor." Anto said and Sofi agreed.

"you just need to focus on yourself and not worry about any of that" Sofi spoke , drinking some of the hot cocoa that she had in her hands. "i know" Emily spoke.

they all cuddled together and Anto put on a 2000's movie for them. they all cuddled on the bed , watching movies and eating snacks and laughed and cried the night away.
