Emily woke up with the thought of being one day closer to her mother's birthday. she actually didn't know how to feel. if this was any other day , she would have bawled her eyes out but since Leo came into her life , it's like she made peace with her mother's death and Emily was a bit relieved for that.

she didn't want to be sad all the time and her mother wouldn't want that too. sure , there are days when she goes into depressive episodes and cry , and it feels like the world is about to end , but for now..she feels peace.

she slid out of her bed ,making Delfi shift beside her. after dinner last night , Delfina pleaded with Emily to get her away from Junior and Emily being her saviour , she did.

Junior was a little mad about it,but that faded when they bribed him with a box of chocolate chip biscuits.

Emily put her slippers on and went to the bathroom. the house was loud as always ,making it known that there were children in the house.

Emily brushed her teeth and washed her face before going downstairs towards the people.

"buenos dias" Emily heard Leo said as he kissed her forehead and she smiled. "buenos dias , Leo" said said and followed him to the kitchen where everyone was.

"good morning" she said and everyone returned it. as soon as Emily sat down , Antonella put a big plate of pancakes infront of her , along with some oatmeal.

"gracias" Emily said and ate her breakfast. Junior looked at her through narrowed eyes and she scowled at him. "what?" she asked him and he rolled his eyes.

"where's Delfi?" he asked , stuffing his face with chocolate pancakes. "sleeping" she said and he smiled. Emily just gave him a glare. "don't wake her" she spoke and he huffed , going back to his food.

"Cristiano Ronaldo's son eatimg chocolate? wow , a tragedy" Emily said after she saw the chocolate on his cheeks.

Junior just gave her a fake smile before going back to his breafast. Emily quickly ate her food and went outside with Anto and Celia.

Delfi was currently in the kitchen , eating her breakfast and trying to escape Junior.

Anto and Sofi were on yoga mats and all dressed in their outfits. "come join us" Sofi said as they picked out an extra yoga mat.

Emily looked down at her shorts and tank top and shrugged before walking over to them. the weather was very nice and cool and yoga is just what Emily needs.

she sat on the mat and did everything the two ladies told her to do. Delfi came out with a bowl of cereal and sat on one of the beach chairs as she stared at the women ,having no interest in yoga whatsoever.

Leo and Luis was still inside with the boys and Junior was playing with the two dogs.

Emily plopped down on the mat , her legs feeling like jelly. "you okay?" Anto asked with a smile wgile handing her a bottle of water.

all Emily could do was nod her head. "yeah , i'm good. just in need of a hot shower now" Emily said and rolled her yoga mat up.

she gave it to Anto and walked over to Delfi who was now scrolling on her phone. "morning" Emily said and Delfi smiled.

"morning. look at you being all sporty and stuff" she joked and Emily rolled her eyes. "me? sporty? never." Emily said and scoffed.

"yeah. your father being the best footballer in the world does not put pressure on you at all" Delfi said and Emily shook her head.
