"You ready?" Tanong ni Amity sa anak na noo'y bakas pa rin ang kaba sa dibdib habang nasa harap ng salamin.

"Well, yeah. Kinda. Good thing is that you're here." Tugon nito.

Hinawakan niya ang magkabilang balikat ng anak.

"God! You're beautiful Adytum baby." Amity exclaimed. Bahagyang ngumiti si Adytum. Hindi niya magawang tumawa sa kabang nadarama. She's sure as hell na hindi niya pagsisihan ang mangyayari ngayong araw. Matagal nila itong inintay at pinaghandaan. Ngayon pa ba siya aatras.

She take a look at herself. She's wearing a white tube cut wedding dress. Sa itaas na bahagi, aakalain mong maliliit na bulaklak ang sinadyang crample (ginusot) na naroon. Pinatungan iyon ng sandamakmak na perlas. Sa ibabang bahagi naman, tila pinagpatong-patong na ruffles ang makikita. She choose to pair it with white flat-shoes para iwas tapilok. Her necklace is a mix and match of silver and diamonds as well as her earrings. Ipinuyod ang buhok niya saka itinirintas (braid) ang pinaka-ibabaw saka pinatungan ng mahaba't puti rin niyang belo na nadidisenyuhan ng maliliit na diamond.

"Still feeling nervous darling?" Untag ng kaniyang ina.

Tumango siya.

"Don't be baby. It's your day." Anito.

She heave a deep sigh then eventually decided to stand up.

"That's my baby girl." Anang ina saka sabay na silang lumakad palabas. Isang white limousine ang bridal car na nag-aantay sa kanya sa labas. Tinulungan siya ng ina na ganap na makapasok saka iyon pumasok na rin.

"Wala pa ba siya ate?" Tanong ni Kellin kay Kahlia.

"Relax, bro. She's on her way. Pumunta ka na doon sa harap." Tugon ni Kahlia na natatawa na lang sa tense na itsura ng kapatid. He's never been so worried just like he is right now.

Maya-maya pa'y may huminto ng sasakyan sa labas ng simbahan. All eyes are on the bride who just got out off the car. Adytum looks stunningly gorgeous with her wedding dress. No wonder she caught everyone's attention effortlessly.

Kahlia's eyes flew towards his brother near the altar. His jaw literally drop after seeing lovely Adytum walking slowly down the aisle.

The wedding ceremony will start any minute now.

There she is. Walking slowly and wandering her eyes to their guests.

Priest: Please rise.

(All rises.)

Priest: Who gives this woman to be married to this man?

Amity: Our family does.

Priest: Guests, who stands with this couple to express the good wishes of their families and friends?

"We do." The guests answered in unison.

Priest: You may be seated.

(They all seated.)

Priest: Join with me as we bow our heads to observe a moment of silence to honor the memory of those who are not with us today, but are here in spirit. (Pause briefly) Amen.

Kellin and Adytum also seated in front of the priest when they've finally reach the altar.

Priest: Welcome, one and all. How beautiful is the day that is touched by love! May this be a moment to be remembered and cherished. Marriage is a very special spiritual connection of two people united for a common purpose, bringing love and trust together into single focus. We have come together in the presence of God (Love) to witness and bless the joining of this man and this woman in Holy Matrimony. The union of wife and husband in heart, body, and mind is intended by God for their mutual joy; for the help and comfort given one another in prosperity and adversity; and their nurture in the knowledge and love of God. Therefore marriage is not to be entered into lightly, but reverently, deliberately, and in accordance with the purposes for which it was instituted by God. Into this holy union Kellin and Adytum now come to be joined. If any of you can show just cause why they may not lawfully be married, speak now; or forever hold your peace.
