Ashur

Ashur watched as Thaddeus rushed around, he had said that Ashur needed to go to the doctor, and quickly. He's gonna give me up to a mental institution, I just know it. Ashur forced those thoughts to the back of his mind, Thaddeus wouldn't do that. Right?

"Ashur." Ashur jumped, looking back up at Thaddeus. "You can relax, we're going to go to the doctor tomorrow. It'll take me a little while to forge you a new name anyways." Thaddeus said, Ashur let out a sigh of relief.

Thaddeus was taking a new level of precaution to this, after what happened with Fernec he seemed like he was going take this new name thing very seriously. Ashur lied down, staring at the roof. Thaddeus looked off, what had happened?

What happened, and why won't he tell me? Ashur thought, Ashur listened in to Thaddeus mumbling to himself. "It was probably the work of Zagen, I just know it." Thaddeus said, Ashur sat up, a distant look in his eyes.

"Ashur?" Thaddeus said, looking towards him. "Ashurs not here right now, it's just you, and me." Ash said, a grin on his face, his voice was back to the lower tone. Thaddeus glared at him. "Aw, someone's angry." Ash said in a sing-songy voice.

Thaddeus took a step towards Ash, pure anger in his eyes. "Whoever you are- whatever you are, you better leave Ashur alone. Or else-" "Or else what?" Ash cut Thaddeus off. "You can't do anything to hurt me without hurting Ashur." Ash said, smiling.

Thaddeus growled, grabbing Ash by the collar as he lifted him up. "Ah ah ah, calm down there. It'd be a shame if Ashur were to come back now, wouldn't it?" Ash said, Thaddeus glared at him. "Come on Thaddeus, you'd think you would be a little bit smarter than this. I have so much control over your little friend, I'm protecting him." Ash said.

"Lies, you aren't protecting him at all!" Thaddeus growled, letting Ash down. "Of course I am, Ashur is too innocent for this horrible world, everything that you brought him into." Ash said. "Even if it means killing you and the rest of your family to protect his innocence I'll do it."

Ash said, a huge grin on his face. "Don't underestimate me Thaddeus, it'll be your death." Ash laughed, blinking as he suddenly stopped. Ashur looked up at Thaddeus, confusion riddled all over his face.

"Thaddeus?" Ashur asked, snapping Thaddeus out of his trance. He sighed, covering his face as he turned. "Go to sleep Ashur, it's gonna be a long day tomorrow." Ashur nodded, lying back down on the bed. He didn't remember getting up, but decided he would brush it off.

Instead of listening in on Thaddeus he decided to go straight to sleep.

Ashur woke up, he was still wearing his jacket from the day before. Ashur yawned. He sat up, noticing Thaddeus next to a small printer. "Good morning." Thaddeus said, smiling at Ashur. Ashur smiled back, he looked almost relived, like Thaddeus was expecting Ashur to react totally differently.

"Your new name is Aiden Smith, just for the day at least." Thaddeus said, Ashur fake gagged. "Really, I'm an Aiden?" He said, Thaddeus let out a small chuckle. "Ok, ok, now come on your appointments in twenty minutes." Thaddeus said, Ashur nodded and followed him out the door.

He wouldn't lie, he was immensely nervous for this doctors appointment. What if they recognize me? They'll take me away- force me back into a hospital. Ashur took a deep breath, he couldn't have a freak out here.

After a few minutes they arrived at a hospital, they sat in the waiting room. "Oscar and Aiden Smith?" A lady called, Thaddeus stood up and walked with Ashur to the door. "Oscar!" Ashur whispered to Thaddeus, stifling a giggle. Thaddeus playfully elbowed him, a smile on his face.
