The ominous beeping sound of the machine was the only thing that I can hear inside Colette's room, I have been sitting beside her for a week now. I refuse to leave her side and go anywhere.

The doctor said that the bullet didn't hit any internal organ, but the bullet was a just inches away from ruining her kidney. "What the fuck did you do to my daughter Lunas?" I looked at Alfredo na naka tayo at naka bantay sa akin.

"Fine... Let's talk." He stated, bago umupo sa may sofa. I called one of maids and asked for some juice and snack.

"Why didn't you tell me of your relationship with my daughter? Kailan pa ito?" Tanong saakin nang ama ni Marcolette, I could see him holding back his anger from me.

" Since she was in college. Seven years ago." Nakita ko Ang gulat sa expression nang mag ama, if this isn't a serious situation I would have laughed.

" W-what? What's that supposed to mean? Marcus? Do you know any of this? May nasabi ba sayo Ang kapatid mo?" Sunod-sunod na tanong ni Hector sa kayang panganay na nanlalaki pa din ang mga mata.

" I... I have heard Marcolette talk about someone she met in Bicol. Pero Hindi ko alam na babae." Napataas ang aking kilay, she talked about me to someone?
