Solène looked up to the front where Nik was now driving her car, much to his protest. His brothers said it would be unfair for him to sit in the back since he'd gotten to meet Sol before the rest of them. Therefore, in her small car, she was sitting on Finn's lap.

"Nik, you so much as scratch my new car," her threat was cut of by Niklaus.

"Love, your car is anything but new." He gave her a smirk through the rear view mirror.

She feigned offense, but still defended her new car. "I saved up the original Sol's and my own money to buy this for myself. I've had to walk everywhere myself or pay for transit. Don't hate on my car if it does its job."

"Oh," her eyes drop to look at Finn who's leaning into her neck. "Hello." A small smile pulls her lips up, but she's still confused. Although, she didn't really mind. She was still a little wary about the whole feelings thing, but she was relishing in the idea of being soulmates. These were her people, even Rebekah. She could form real relationships with these people without worries. People would probably kill her for doing so, but she wasn't worried about those right now.

Her previous life wasn't the best. It left her afraid of attachments, to feel more like an obligation to someone rather than a priority. Perhaps that was why she enjoyed the idea of soulmates so much. Pure love with no wondering where you stand with them, and now she even had four. She wanted, as Kol described, to drown in their affections.

"I love your scent, my dear." Finn muttered against her neck, his warm breath hitting her skin. She hummed in response, surprising not weirded out by the comment. If Carter had made a similar statement, she'd be pushing him away with a strange look on her features. With Finn, she placed her hand on the back of his neck, encouraging him further.

"Where is your modesty, big brother?" Kol teased with an impish smirk on his lips.

"Where was your self-restraint this past millennium, Kol?" She snapped right back, mirroring his smirk. Then, she gasped as she her words popped something else into her mind. "Nik, did you show them the jar?"

"I did, my Little Witch."

"You were the one to write on our father's ash jar?" Rebekah asked, as she had missed that conversation. She was out buying some clothes this morning before coming back when Solène called. The tall blond was not going to miss an opportunity to get to know her brothers' soulmate.

"Of course. I had to make sure everyone knew what it was." She shrugged, leaning forwards between Niklaus and Rebekah. "Can we stop by Whitmore? I've got something to handle, and if you all wanna handle some business too, I'm not opposed... Oh, Enzo would burn in the day though..." Sol put her fingers to her lips, leaning back next to Finn once more.

"He can borrow father's ring." Nik hold up his hand to show off Mikael's daylight ring.

"You have father's ring?" Elijah subconsciously began to twirl his own ring. Nik had mentioned that the two, him and Solène killed their father, and that's one reason they were all awake now. The next reason, was provided when Niklaus threw the white ash daggers in the lit fire place. He wasn't sure if the fire would melt them, but his sentiment remain all the same. It would probably be a long time until things are truly alright between the siblings, but they don't feel the need to be fighting constantly this time around.

"That bastard didn't need it anymore," Nik sneered before lowering his hand back to the wheel. "No use in wasting a good daylight ring."

"If someone can get me a copy of Emily Bennett's grimoire, which is with Bonnie Bennett, I could learn to make more. Something to store some magic in for quick access would be helpful in the future as well. Maybe one for my future siphoner friend, too?" Her tone was soft, but hopeful. The vampires thought it was adorable, and wanted to follow her whims.
