Choosing to be with Mon and her well-being was an easy choice.

I hated that I couldn't be with her but she will always come first.

If grandma says she will do her best to let Mon get better, i know that she will stand by it. I can trust her.

But being away from Mon is sickening.

If I was given a choice, I'd never want to leave her.

But not all options are given as choices.

Mine was already set even before my options were stated and we both knew it.

I never stood a chance.

She was just waiting for me to accept it.

S: i understand. Ok ill leave Mon in ur hands.

She patted me in the head and smiled

G: you made me proud. Great choice Sam

S: Grandma, I can't come with her but do I have to deny her?

G: you know better than anyone what that would do to her.

Let's disregard how it would ruin all your hardwork. Your reputation.

But It would also ruin both of your futures.

This was the reason why I told u before to be careful Sam.

I allowed it but told you, u can never act inappropriately in public.

You promised me you would follow my terms but you broke my trust Sam when u broke ur word. Don't disappoint me even more.

S: It won't ruin our future grandma. All we have done was choose each other. We did nothing wrong! We don't need people to approve, we just need them to understand and respect our choices.

G: do u really think you can make the understand?

Do u think they won't throw scandals and controversies at you every chance they get?

The world doesn't care about the truth Sam!

This will ruin u!

Successful people fall harder!

People love to pull down the people that they look up to, the world is cruel!

People want to believe that everybody is equal.
They would invalidate the sacrifices you have made to get to where u are now!

All your hard work would be for naught!

People only know how to make excuses for what they lack and blame the world for it being unfair without really doing anything to change their circumstances!

Those types of people will never understand nor will they want to understand, knowing that it is their only chance to ruin you!

The u right now, has grown far too weak to even stand up for yourself!
I'm sure you'd rather take all the blame and protect her right?

S: ...

G: I know u too well Sam.
I raised you myself.
What u intend to do, I would be the first to know and I can't leave you to your damnation.

S: grandma... Please.... I don't want to hide Mon anymore. She deserves better!

G: No Sam! U deserve better!

U can't fight this battle alone!

she needs to get better first and choose you.

She doesn't even know what she wants!
