"Breaking news! Two members of what is formerly known as the Foot Clan™ have managed to break out of jail. Be on the look out for two strangely grey-pink skinned men with apparent flames over their heads and orange tattoos along their body. Unfortunately as far as we know they have not been seen since their escape, so we do not have a set location on them. Stay safe, stay alert, and report anything that might be suspicious and possibly lead to these two's arrest."

"No. . No no no—"

"Hey have you guys seen the ne— Oh no— Shit Donnie hey, hey. ." April walked in, noticing the shaking softshell and immediately running over.
The terrapin stared blankly at the ground, vision blurring slightly and ears beginning to ring. No. . No no no—
"Hey buddy, can ya look at me?" She gently lifted his chin to look up at her, smiling when he obliged. "It's gonna be okay, they aren't gonna get to ya—"
His breathing only picked up, making a small whine of fear. "B- but they'll hurt—"
"No, no they won't. . They won't ever get to them. You're safe, they're safe, and it's all because of you. The police just couldn't catch them in time, I'm sure they'll be easy to find. I mean they're two flame men for cryin' out loud!" She interrupted, cupping his face in her hands and smiling softly.
"R- Right. ." He gulped, nodding slightly and pulling from her grasp, looking away.
The others walked in, worried looks on their faces that grew as they spotted the duo.
Leo ran over, hopping over the couch and sitting beside his twin. "Yo you okay—? You didn't see it did you. . ?" He asked, hoping that maybe it was just something else he was upset about.
"He did. ." April sighed, taking Donnie's phone and placing it in her jacket pocket. She sat on Dee's other side, rubbing his shell soothingly.

He just fiddled with his hands, scratching nervously at the backs of them. He stared at the floor, mind racing with possibilities and even some very not-logical conclusions as to what the foot might end up doing now that they're free. He flinched when a small hand was placed on his own, looking up to see Mikey crouched in front of him.
"Hey Dee! I know it's very. . Not good for you right now— But it's gonna be okay, they aren't gonna do anything to us. They're probably just gonna go back to making their origami people. We have all of your tech back anyway, it's in your room. So they can't get a hold of it." He smiled, patting his hands and grabbing them, holding them in his own and giving a reassuring squeeze.
"Okay. . Okay." He nodded, closing his eyes and looking back down.
The snapper and sheep-man stood there behind the couch, sighing as they watched it happen.
"'Ts gonna be okay Dee. . ." Raphael said quietly, sighing heavily.
"I must agree with everyone, The Foot Clan poses no threat without the assistance of your technology—Which they don't have." He stated, turning and realizing Splinter wasn't there with them. He frowned, shaking his head in disdain and turning back. Where is the Rat?

Leo sat close to the purple-clad, scrolling through YouTube on his phone and playing some random compilation to distract the twins. "Here,"
"Leo what if—" Raph began.
"Relax, I don't have a News app, I'm not that much of a dumb dumb." He rolled his eyes.
The snapper just nodded hesitantly, watching the video with everyone else.
Draxum ended up watching as well, confused but curious as to what they were watching and why.
Suddenly there could be a faint pitter-patter of small feet coming from the corridors, quick and hurried—but also calm and controlled.
Everyone glanced towards the doorway, visibly surprised when none other than Splinter walked through the door.
"Erm-. . Hello, I was just at the markets when I saw the news. . . I am sorry that happened, but I have come bearing gifts to lighten the mood!" He smiled, hesitantly walking over with a few bags and setting all but one in front of the couch. He stepped back, fiddling with his claws and looking down. His tail held the last bag.
Everyone curiously went to look through the bags, Donnie continuing to watch the compilations, distracted.
"Woahhh. . . Candy!" Mikey exclaimed, giggling and snatching up a package of candy from one of the bags. His eyes lit up even more when April handed him a pack of coloured pencils and a sketch book from another.
Donnie shifted to the more empty end of the couch, the others huddling around the bags while he simply pulled his knees close and stared at the cracked phone screen.
