"Hey Dee!" The all-too familiar voice of a certain white rabbit called, said rabbit walking into the lair and immediately spotting the softshell in the kitchen.
"Greetings, Yuichi." He smiled lightly, glancing up from his phone and walking towards him. "What do you seem to be up to?"
The former simply smiled warmly, hugging the latter gently after he got the okay to do so. However he began to fidget at the question. "Oh- Erm- nothing much! Basically just more training with kitsune—" He replied, a nervous twinge to his tone. It wasn't a total lie, although it wasn't a complete truth, either. He cleared his throat awkwardly as he received a slightly suspicious look to the terrapin's face. "Hey do you know where the others are? I gotta talk to them about somethin'."
"Hm. . I believe Raph is training with Leo and Mikey is painting on the skate ramp again." He informed, suspicions only rising when the rabbit nodded very quickly.
"Thanks! 'Kay bye I'll see you in a little!" He gave him a quick peck on the cheek and ran off towards the skate ramp to find Mikey.

"Oh- Alright then—" He stood for a moment, unknowing of what to really do now. He just shook his head and walked back to the kitchen—where his coffee was brewing. Something's up. . Why did he need the others? He briefly thought, before promptly shaking his head and frowning. No, stop. He probably just had to ask them a simple question— He wouldn't be doing anything bad behind my back.

"Hey Mikey!" Yuichi called, running up to the box turtle and panting.
"Oh, heya there Usagi!" The younger chirped, glancing at him as he painted in the clothing of a character on the side of the skate ramp. "What do ya need?"
"It's about the you-know-what." His voice went down to a whispering tone, straightening from the hunched position he was in.
"Hmm. . I don— Ohhhhh!! Oh, oh yeah, yeah. I remember now!" He nodded, immediately setting the paints down and turning to him completely. "Let's go find the others, I think they're in the dojo." He grabbed his arm and led him towards the room in question.
"Yeah, Donnie said they were training together." He nodded in agreement, following.

"Hey Lee! Raph!" The ornate yelled out, walking into the dojo with his usual bright smile.
"Over here!" The slider called back, prompting the two to walk towards the voice.
"Sup fur-for-brains!" Leo greeted, crossing his arms with a grin.
"Hey! At least I don't have beef with a state!" He huffed, crossing his arms as well.
"At least I don't lose against a bunch'a robots!"
"Alright, alright! What'd ya need?" Raph interrupted, shoving the two away from each other.
"Oh, right! Yeah uh, it's about the you-know-what." He stated, receiving a curt nod from the two.
"Got it, where is 'e?" The snapper glanced at the entrance.
"He was in the kitchen last I saw, I think he's in his lab now."
"Good, good." He nodded.

"Well then hermanos and co! Lets'a go!"
"Okay Mario." Usagi chuckled.
Leo simply recoiled in faux offension and stuck his tongue out.

What if he's planning on- No, no he wouldn't. . Just keep working damnit you're blowing this way out of proportion. The softshell thought with a small growl, gripping his pen as he etched out some blueprints for another S.H.E.L.L.D.O.N. upgrade.

But what if he does? The thought returned. What if he doesn't like me anymore? What if he hates me now? What if he never even liked me?

"Untrue," He spoke aloud, continuing to sketch.
How do you know?
"Because he wouldn't do that, and he also sucks at keeping secrets."
Perhaps that was just a cover up?
"You know even if you're literally me, you're getting rather annoying."

He must think i'm crazy, talking to myself and rambling about random things. He must think I'm a freak.
He slammed his pen down much harder than intended, standing up and bringing the blueprint to his wall. He picked up a pin from one of the containers and attached the upgrade drawing to said wall, realizing he must have missed some a while back and deciding to attach them to it as well.
