He felt tired. . So, so tired. . . . The water was far too cold, and he could feel the stinging sensation in each one of his bones. His limbs ached, his shell hurt, he hurt. He could feel the stinging sensation of his eyes whenever he opened them, and the burning in his lungs as he breathed. It was a good thing he is a softshell. . .
Where is he? Where was everyone? Why is he here?

. . . .

Did he do something wrong. . ?

'Was it wintertime?' A feral part of his mind questioned.

'I think it's winter. . 'M cold— Hurts. . .'

'Uncle. . Raph. . . .'

They stopped beside an alley next to the familiar building. Shredders lair was. . Less than hidden. . . But that just made it all the easier. They grabbed their grappling hooks, climbing up the roof beside said building and pointing them towards the top. They pulled the trigger, Raphael being the ever impatient one (understandably so) and pulling it far earlier than the others.

They all launched up towards the top of the desired building, latching to the edge and pulling themselves up. They ran to the sun-roof-like window and crouched beside the opening, spotting the large room with the massive tank in the floor.

And the large throne at the back. . .

Where the Shell is lil man? Raph thought, scowling.
As if Leonardo was reading his mind, he sighed. "He must be in a different room." He whispered. "And—hopefully not—possibly a different building altogether."
The younger growled lightly, readying to leap in before feeling a hand on his chest holding him back.
"We have to wait, maybe he'll talk about it—"
"We don't have time fearless!" He whisper-yelled. "The bastard is probably getting his stupid goons to hurt him right now!"
"I know, Raph, but we need to wait. He could also hurt him more if we just go in there haphazardly! Possibly even hurt ourselves as well."
"Fine then," He growled, shoving his hand away and inching closer to the window. "I'm going in alone. I gotta get lil man, don't try and stop me." He hissed, slipping through the jagged opening and jumping down via the beams.
"No! Raph—" He protested, sighing and readying himself to jump in as well.
The other two followed wordlessly, knowing they wouldn't be of much help. No one can convince Raph to not do something when he's angry.

And right now? It was like convincing a shark to grow legs and walk on land.

"Alright jackass," The red clad snarled, landing on the walkway hard and pointing his sai-blade at the man on the throne. "Where is he?!"
"Hmm. . Seems it was useful afterall. . ." He muttered, sitting up straight. "So you're that angry little red turtle they talk about, I presume?"
"I'm not little! And angry is a fucking understatement!" It was true, angry was an understatement right now, let's try. . Will literally kill a bitch if they set him off.
"Clearly you aren't the smarts of the bunch. . ." He sighed. "Yoshi has fallen behind, it seems. Hasn't he taught you anything?" It was a rhetorical question, used to jab at Yoshi (seriously dude, just let it go. .) But it seemed to only fuel the sliders anger more. "Fueled by anger and emotions, pathetic."
"Oh you wanna see angry?! I'll show you fucking angry fork-face!" He snarled, crouching to launch at him before suddenly feeling a pair of three-fingered hands holding him back by the arms.
"Raphael! Stop it!" The older turtle hissed, attempting to get him to be sensible. Clearly it wasn't working—nor would it work.

He thrashed, feet skidding against the ground as he attempted to pull away from him. He was even dragging Leonardo slightly behind him. He barred his teeth, snarling as a familiar anger sparked in his eyes. Oh he was mad mad.
"Weak, cannot even control ones anger." He tsked. "These are the turtles that keep defeating my men?" He pointed out, snapping his fingers for Dogpound and FishFace.
The two henchmen appeared behind the squad, making their presence known with a low growl from Dogpound.
Leo, Mikey, and Donnie slowly turned to face them, sighing as if they knew it would be them. (they did, it was obvious) Raph was still struggling, just not as much.
"Just kill them already, it wasn't even worth my time searching for them this long." The bladed man ordered.
"Will do boss" The dog mutant grinned, slamming his fist into his palm.
"You're in our territory now little turtles." The fish man crossed his arms. "How about we make this a fun little show for the boss?"
"How about I take your other leg, you scale-faced, wrinkly, ugly, bubblegum looking son of a—"
"Raph!" Leo interrupted.
