-Sebastian-

I woke up slowly, feeling better rested than I had been in a long time. I didn't want to open my eyes, there was a comforting weight on my chest that begged me to stay still. I moved my hand and felt smooth bare skin beneath my fingertips and a huge smile stretched across my lips. I turned to see Ronnie still asleep with her head on my bare chest, curled up in the crook of my arm. She was still very naked and that thought immediately excited me. Part of me wanted to wake her up and make her mine, but the more sane part of my brain knew that she hadn't gotten this much sleep in a very long time, and that was more important than my needs. Why did I have to be so thoughtful, everything about her was making me softer. Ever since the moment she kicked my ass in that dual at the beginning of 6th year, I knew part of me would always belong to her.

Instead, I chose to admire the beautiful creature snuggled up next to me. I don't think I'd ever seen her so peaceful, her features were light and untroubled. Her dark brows relaxed across her forehead and her long dark lashes rested against her face. The freckles that speckled her nose and rosy cheeks also dotted her shoulders. The patterns they formed were now my favorite constellations.

I needed to talk to her: about her nightmares, the dark arts, and the killing curse. We also had to talk about what was going on between us. What had gone on between us last year. What this meant. I groaned internally. I didn't want to talk about those things with her. I didn't want to ruin what we had. I didn't want to lose her, not now. Now that I had her this close to me, I don't think, no I knew that I couldn't bare to lose her.

As I lay there, lost in my thoughts, she began to stir. Her eyes shut more forcefully and she began to tremble, mumbling under her breath. A nightmare. I pulled her closer to me, wrapping both my arms around her. "It's okay, Ronnie. I'm here," I said softly. Her body began to relax again slightly. "I've got you."

Her dark green eyes fluttered open and pierced into my own. She has the most beautiful eyes. "Sebastian..." she smiled, and my heart soared. The sound of my name on her lips was the sweetest melody. What I did to deserve her smiling at me like that, I'd never know, but I would do everything in my power to make her do it again.

"Good morning, darling," I mused as I squeezed her closer to me.

Her eyes widened and she sat up. "What time is it?!" She looked down and realizing that she was gloriously naked, she pulled the blankets up to cover herself. As if I had not had my mouth and hands all over and inside of her last night.

"I have no idea'" I responded nonchalantly. I didn't care if I was being completely honest.

She looked around towards the clock and her eyes widened in panic. "Sebastian! It is 10 in the morning!" She exclaimed, turning to me franticly.

I just laid back and put my hands behind my head on the pillow. "I'm glad you got to sleep in," I remarked.

"We missed like two classes!"

I just gave her an "oh-well" look.

"Sebastian?!" She insisted.

"Nothing we can do about it now but enjoy the morning and the sleep that we got."

When she said nothing I continued. "Plus if you think about it, you haven't gotten a good night's rest in months. This is more beneficial for your education in the long run than actually going to class would have been," I shrugged. "Now you can approach your school work with a well-rested mind."

She rolled her eyes at me and sighed. "You may be right."

"I'm always right," I joked with a lazy smirk.
