While there were many healing spells and charms, potions and tinctures that the wizarding world had to offer, I wanted none of them. The tingling sensation that danced across my skin the remainder of the day was not something I had any desire to be rid of. The hickies, bite marks, and bruises that dotted my flesh were constant reminders of what Sebastian and I had done this morning.

I instead, returned to my room to grab a new shirt, since Sebastian had ripped mine, and a scarf to cover the marks in my neck. Thankfully, it was still chilly enough that no one thought twice about the bulky scarf that donned my neck. The smile that painted Sebastian's freckled face when he saw my new accessory made it even more worth it.

Sebastian also had marks of his own, only his were far easier to conceal, and since he had been able to have his way with my body, mine were all over. I smiled at the thought as I saw my handy work peek out of his collar as he concentrated on the potion we were brewing for Professor Sharp. He clearly shared the same sentiment as me.

We were responsible for a few, maybe more than a few, points taken from Slytherin that day because of our side chatter and Sebastian's incessant flirting. I didn't feel too bad about our loss of points though, considering that I was the sole reason we had won the House Cup last year.

Sebastian twirled the ends of my hair as I looked through my Transfiguration notes. The simple gesture caused butterflies to flutter like crazy in my stomach.

He laid out his face between mine and my notes and smiled up at me before moving away. "Come with me somewhere tonight."

I kept my gaze on my notes but could keep from smiling. "Quite the nondescript offer, Sallow," I teased.

"Let me take you on a date," he continued.

"Our first offical date?" I responded over-enthusiastically, clapping my hands together. I dropped my hands and fake smile and eyed him with a smirk. "You sure do spoil me 'Bash."

He rolled his eyes and threw his head back. Then he pushed his hand through his hair in a failed attempt to get it off his forehead.

A gaging noise pulled my attention away from Sebastian, and I saw Imelda behind us. "You guys are positivity unbearable," she laughed.

"Well hello to you too, Captain," Sebastian greeted with a laugh. "I heard you've been... busy."

I swatted his arm with a pointed glare. "What? She is busy!" He protested and then turned to Imelda. "She's got lots of... extracurricular activities." He smirked, clearly very proud of his choice of words. I flashed Imelda an apologetic look.

"You're a prick, Sallow, and if I didn't like your girlfriend so much, I'd kick your arse," she squinted her eyes at him.

"By all means," I took a step away and gestured to Sebastian, "kick all you want, Reyes!"

Imelda laughed as Sebastian turned to me, offended. "Is chivalry dead? You don't want to defend my honor?"

I snorted while Imelda threw her head back with a loud laugh.

"Veronica Underhill... maybe I won't take you on a date tonight," he teased.

I nudged him. "Fine by me," I shrugged.

He, once again, looked offended, but a playful smirk tugged at the corner of his mouth.

"I hate having to be around the two of you more than necessary," Imelda cut in. "You missed practice again yesterday, Sallow. Care to explain yourself?"

I looked to him expectantly.

"I wasn't feeling well," Sebastian offered an apologetic smile.

"Bullshit, Sallow," her face looked absolutely done with Sebastian's antics, and I could not fault her for that.
