Bucky • He says he's not ticklish.. but occasionally, when your feet brush against his while you cuddle, he jumps and you can feel him silently giggle.
Steve • His main weakness point: the back of his neck. He never knows whether you're there to kiss or tickle him, but both makes him melt either way.
Bruce • Just below the waist on his sides. The smallest nudge makes him let out the cutest squeal.
Pietro • Everywhere! He's a very jumpy boy.
